ペニンシュラ ヴィラ

可もなく不可もなくなんですが、これぐらいの値段のホテルではこのあたりが大切なところ。一階と二階にそれぞれ3部屋ずつあるようですが、真ん中の部屋は少し暗そうです。私は奥の部屋に丸々六日間滞在しました。快適でした。Wi-Fiは何とも言えません。途中、ネットワークが変わったりしたのでトラブルでもあったかも。ほどほどにはつながっていました。

シャワールームから　トイレ臭が部屋の中に入ってきて、憂鬱な気分で過ごさなければならない。 部屋には、蚊が飛んでいたり、お湯の出もイマイチだった。 シャワー室横に、外のトイレがあり、換気扇を通して逆流していた。

주변 대부분의 숙소들이 루앙프라방 메인스트리트 또는 강을 마주 보는 것과는 달리 이 숙소는 좁은 골목 사이에 위치하고 있어 객실 창문을 열면 바로 옆집의 외벽이 보이고 손을 뻗으면 닿을듯 한 거리입니다. 취침 중에는 침구에서는 벼룩(bedbug)이 나와 저는 30여군데를 물리고 제 아내도 손에 수차례를 물렸습니다. 새벽에 침대시트를 기어다는 벼룩들을 눈으로 확인한 뒤로는 아침까지 객실에 선채로 한숨도 못잤습니다. 더 큰 문제는 숙소 오너의 상식에 어긋나는 태도였습니다. 아침에 출근한 오너에게 폰으로 찍은 사진과 영상을 보여주며 사실을 이야기 하며 환불해 줄것을 요구했지만 거절했고 저는 속옷까지 들추며 물린곳을 보여주었지만, ‘모기 물린것 아니냐’며 비아냥 거리기 까지 하더군요. 물론 어떠한 사과의 말도 듣지 못했습니다. 저와 제 아내는 몸과 마음이 지칠때로 지쳐 그상태로 짐들 모두 챙겨 그곳에서 7km 가량 떨어진 호텔로 급히 옮겨 객실 스파에 몸을 담그고 안정을 취했습니다. 이후 호텔스닷컴측과 수차례 전화와 메일을 통해 사실을 전달하고 금액 일부를 환불 받았습니다. 훗날 여행의 추억이 될 수 없는 정말이지 지금까지 여행중 최악의 경험이었습니다. The hotel is spacious but has only wall view. since located beside main street and river side. It is ok, the problem is bedbug. in the night(around 1am) bedbug bite me and my wife over 30 spots(each). We haven’t slept at all after recognize the bed bug came out. We’ve just stood up beside the bed all night. but the nightmare started at next morning. after owner came office, we show pictures and videos of last night bedbug, and ask refund. but the owner rejects and even laughs at us, with “Is that a picture of last night?”, “Isn't it mosquito?”. I even lifted up my underwear and showed them. it was terrible humiliated experience. Finally the owner refunds only 2days(we booked 3nights, and it happened on 1st night). Me and my wife moved to a five-star hotel 7km away, with early checkout. and finally took a rest. it was the worst day of our 30days Southeast Asia Travel.

Great apartment ideally located and the end of Luang Prabang "Peninsula". Right next to the most beautiful Temples of the city and directly on the Maiin Street you can hardly ask for more. The Peninsula Villa staff was amazing, always taking care of us in every way possible and even helping with tours booking. Just note that being right in front of temples also means hearing early bells and prayers from the monasteries.

Great room. Paid for breakfast but didn’t get to try it as our bus decided to leave an hour earlier and the staff wouldn’t. Give us a takeaway breakfast, even though we had paid for it. Shame.

ดีมากๆ อยู่ใกล้วัด แต่ไม่เสียงดัง ใกล้แหล่งอาหาร ทำให้มีความสะดวกสบายในการพักผ่อน

We stayed 3 different hotels (Peninsula Villa, Cafe de Laos by Burasari & Indigo House) during our visit to Luang Prabang Laos in October and Peninsula Villa definitely is the best!!!! The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable!! The staffs are polite and very attentive to our request!! Definitely will introduce it to my friends or anybody that wish to look for accommodation in Luang Prabang Laos! Keep up the good jobs!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral im Zentrum der Stadt Luang Prabang gelegen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Morgenessen ist tadellos. In der Toilette verbreitete sich oft ein etwas unangenehmer Kloakengeruch, welcher vermutlich der Abwasserleitung entströmt.

야시장에서 쭉 걸어 올라오면 나오는 호텔, 직원들 모두가 친절하고 꽝시폭포, 벤 서비스 이용할 수 있으나 요금을 미리 물어 볼 것. 말 안 해줘서 공짜인 줄 알았는데 나중에 지급함. 호텔 방이 정말 넓고 청결하며 분위기도 좋다. 조식은 별로였지만 이 외에 나머지가 가격에 비해 매우 우수함. 여러번 문의하고 이런저런 시간 변경을 요구했을 때도 친절히 응대해줌.

왓시엥통사원 근처로 루앙프라방에서 가장 조용하고 분위기있는 지역. 작지만 깨끗하고 퀄리티잏는 숙소. 특히 침대가 아주 만족. 가격대비 강추.

Poor service, over charge for transportation to airport, supposed to have free breakfast for our booking but not provided even when we show our confirmation email from Hotels.com The man on night duty has attitude problems

Accomodation was in quiet end of town .... Lovely villa, staff and breakfast which was included

Nice big room with teak floors and good aircon. The bathroom is a bit tired and doesn't really match the nice tidy look of the main room. We booked a stay with breakfast, but completely forgot (our mistake) but staff didn't mention to us at any point during our stay what time breakfast was etc. which is standard practice for most hotels. To their credit, we asked to cash these in after we moved out and after some haggling they said we could come back. To be honest this felt a bit uncomfortable - no one raised their voices or got angry, but we felt a bit unwelcome when we came back the next day. There's one young girl who does the housekeeping who is lovely, but the receptionist/main staff really need to work on their people/hospitality skills.

Very clean, great shower. Room with a balcony and had our breakfast brought up to us. Very relaxing and on the quieter end of town, still very quick and easy to get into town.

Very comfortable bed, extremely helpful staff. Location is a little tucked away at the quiet end of town, but LP is so small as and quiet it is an easy walk home at night. Would highly recommend!
