従業員さんたちは英語通じるし、優しいです ナイトマーケットも近くて立地も良かったです 部屋も比較的綺麗でした ただ、ベッドのダニがひどかったです そこだけが気になりました

Das Zimmercwar zwischen Strasse un Rezeption, so dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Extrem laut: Rezeption, Stühle für Gäste direkt vir dem Fenster und die Treppe ging direkt übers Zimmer, so dass neben Gesprächen auch das Donnern der Füße auf der Treppe ständig zu hören war. Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt. Dusche direkt neben Klo, so dass das komplette BZ unter Wasser stand. Lage gut, Personal nett, sonst nicht zu empfehlen.

La chambre était très bien, on se sent bien dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été super bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée et avons reçu pleins de conseils de la part d’un des gérants tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande

Mein Zimmer war klein aber hübsch, Holzboden und leichte Dachschräge in einem alten Familienhaus. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Betreiber!

My room is excellent with a balcony, but, bathroom outside Bed is comfortable. Housekeeping - you have to ask what you need!

Good location, inexpensive. Rooms downstairs were small, noisy, poorly-laid out. Shower non-functional, had to hold wand. Constant smell of cigarette smoking from front tables. Place had a cramped and claustrophobic feel. But LP is nice and I stayed 4 days so obviously it waa tolerable.

Easy to get to this property from the bus/minivan terminal. Also, very close to everything, in walking distance (night market, restaurants, and Phousi Hill - sunrise/sunset). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Helped us get to Kuang Si Waterfalls and gave us good recommendations. Room was spacious and clean. Had both a fan and AC unit. We enjoyed our time in Luang Prabang. Definitely recommend this place - it's great! It's right off the main road where there are plenty of tuk tuks if you need to get to the airport.

Rattana is well situated for central attractions. Laundry service provided was good, clean towels daily though the bathroom didn't seem to get a clean, and bedroom floor was dusty for whole of our stay. Helpful staff, could not fault that.

Stay was good. Staff at the guesthouse were very helpful and friendly. Located in a small and quiet alley and friendly neighbourhood. Walking distance to joma bakery, massage spas, and 5 mins away from the night market. Had a great 5 days stay at the guesthouse. The only concern is the soundproof quality. During our stay, we had a family staying in the room next door. Every night and morning, you could hear them slamming the doors. Would recommend the owner to place some padding/Cushion on the door frames to reduce the sound made by the slamming of door. Other than that, rattana guest house is highly recommmendd!!

Séjour bien recu par l hôtel. Ambre correcte par rapport au prix. Manque une bouilloire pour faire the et cafe. Hôtel très bien placé pour visite a mis et proche marché de nuit

A very nice place. It is a family business running. They are really welcoming and they speak a good English. The room service is good. A quite and cozy place. I highly recommend it.
