綺麗で良いホテルだったが、中国人の団体が多く うるさい。 鉄道の開通の為しょうがないか。 団体客が無い小規模ホテルが良いか。

チェックインで予約や支払いの確認に手間取り、けっこう待たされました。

Good location and convenient for getting around. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Room was a good size and comfortable overall. However, there were a few downsides. The pipes in the shower and toilet were very noisy, and the shower room itself could do with an update. All the doors squeaked loudly, which added to the noise. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for a very quiet stay, this may not be the best choice.

The hotel itself is a nice building with very large, comfortable rooms. The small swimming pool is pretty and refreshing, especially with its cold water. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. Sleep is almost impossible. The stone floors combined with heavy wooden furniture without gliders mean that every moved chair echoes through the entire hotel. In addition, all balconies face the pool and are used by smokers around the clock. Late at night and early in the morning, guests gather on the balconies to smoke and talk loudly, which carries directly into the rooms. Daytime rest is also difficult, as the hotel is located right next to an elementary school. Noise starts early and continues throughout the day. Breakfast is mainly geared toward Chinese tastes, with limited healthy or Western options. Staff is generally okay, but service is inconsistent. During my four-night stay, my room was not cleaned once, and no fresh towels or toilet paper were provided. Requests for a lighter duvet were not accommodated, and the existing one was far too warm for the temperatures. The location is acceptable if you enjoy walking. It is within walking distance of key areas, but not particularly convenient. Overall, while the rooms are spacious and the pool is pleasant, the noise levels, lack of sleep, and basic service issues make this hotel hard to recommend.

Dårligt personale

Fantastic staff! Soulitad, the woman at the front desk, helped us to retrieve lost luggage! She went out of her way to help us. The staff here is phenomenal. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Even the high ceilings in the room were clean! I was so impressed with the cleanliness. Really quiet and relaxing.

Great 2 night stay. However 1st night we were separated from the rest of the family. They have two building. And it’s down the block from the main. The second building is above the kitchen / restaurant and about 4am you can smell the food preparation.

Garden and atmosphere look nice

The staff at the Treasure Hotel are very friendly and helpful. I stay there regularly with my family and it is always a good experience.

All was good except the internet wasnt stable in the rooms.

Staff and service is amazing! Very friendly and nice people. Room was clean, has everything you could need. Walkable to the night market which was amazing. Well recommended

Staff at reception did take us for a ride when they "booked" the rental scooters bikes for us. aircon very noisy and either too cold or too hot.
