The room was clean but the sink was cracked and toilet seat broken. The window was too high up to open. Worst bit was it was opposite a night club that played music till 4 in the morning

Frukost fanns inte tillgänglig och har aldrig funnits på detta hotell. Inte ens en flaska vatten kunde köpas efter att receptionen stängt. Att receptionen stängde klockan 5 stod inte i annonsen.

Plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants in vicinity. Everywhere within walking distance. Outside hotel looked lovely, inside was

The floor in the room was a bit dusty but everything else was clean and very nice. Excellent location in old town for shops, bars, transport and sight seeing. Reception was a bit poor prior to checking out. But overall very enjoyable.

We arrived late at 8pm and it was raining. Had informed the hotel that will arrive late. I had received only an email with 3 pictures. Absolutely, NO INSTRUCTIONS. There was no receptionist. Only some automated locks. And no code was sent to me. Could enter the hotel with the help of some good samaritans (guests). But, no clue about room number AND THE CODE TO ACCESS THE ROOM The other guests then called up the hotel number and only then I could access the room (codes given over phone). THERE WERE NO HOTEL PERSONNEL ANYWHERE… When I asked the receptionist next day - she was dismissive saying that she had sent the message and it is not her problem. No apologies - NOTHING. Also, overall hotel room was costly and not worth the price tag. They say it is an Hotel but actually it is just a Hostel….

The bathroom had huge amounts of mold in two corners. Staff not knowledgeable- asked for local restaurants but directed to two tourists areas Lido and shopping centre. Ended up finding places on my own.

Majoituspaikan löytämisessä ongelmia, koska ulkopuolella ei ollut kunnon kylttiä, vain A4 ikkunassa. Muuten ok, mutta kylpyhuoneessa hometta: rullakaihdinkangas homeläikillä ja suihkukaapin alaosassa mustaa hometta. Huoneen lattia oli pölyinen. Kh:een ja huoneen pinnat siisti, vasta uusitut.

Greit hotell for prisen, fint lokasjon. Ingen frokost, restaurant eller Room service. Rommet vårt ble aldri rengjort eller ordnet gjennom et 3 netters opphold.

Great location in middle of old riga

Bigger room than expected. Location is great. Right in the city. Check in was only til 7pm so we had to call to get instructions to get in but they answered right away and it was easy going

Ett trevligt resmål med ett stort antal attraktiva utflyktsmål. Bra restaurang utbud och ett tips är att kolla dom lokala rekommendationerna där ni hittar dom inhemska restaurangerna och barerna som är väl värda att besöka. En härlig stad att flanera i med en bra prisbild på mat och dryck med en viss kultur historisk touch.

Perfect location but not the best service and there was no breakfast avalible which was a minus. The room was good and location was perfect. Can recommend this place.

Super cozy room, very comfy bed. Perfect area to walk around and explore! Will stay again in the future! Highly recommend!

Room and location was good but the information provided, reception hours, check-in, breakfast options etc was wrong. Further communication and access was really poor. Room, cleanliness etc was good but I would never recommend this place based on false advertisement here at hotels.com
