Great location next to two malls for shopping and restaurants. Near to walk to Old Town. Carol in the restaurant was amazing! The pool was the only disappointment, looked better in the pictures but was tiny in real life. Breakfast assortment could improve as well but good enough.

Overall I had a good stay at the Best Western Vilnius. The room was spacious and quite clean. They had a nice buffet breakfast that was included with the reservation, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in a good location with a couple of malls nearby and the historic center and other sites are only about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, The Best Western Vilnius is a good place to stay while visiting Vilnius.

Bra hotell med gångavstånd till gamla stan. Hotellet är rent och personalen är trevlig. Frukostsalen är stor och fin. Men man kan anmärka på servicen vid frukosten. Vi hade 4 nätter på hotellet och det saknades saker på frukosten väldigt ofta. Första morgonen fanns inga glas till juice, dagen efter saknades teskedar och det var slut på stekta ägg. Den tredje dagen var det slut på bacon och det dröjde länge innan de serverade det igen. Vet inte om det beror på underbemanning. Annars är hotellet bra.

Piuttosto deludente il check in quanto non trovavano il pagamento della seconda camera che avevo preso e nonostante sia intervenuta la responsabile di turno abbiamo dovuto aspettare parecchio tempo, Alla fine per fortuna sono riusciti a combinare ma per il disguido e l'attesa prolungata non ci hanno offerto neanche un drink.... Per non parlare di fare nel frattempo qualche sorriso, cosa che risulta chiaro non sanno neanche cosa sia

Overall I had a good stay at the Best Western Vilnius. The room was spacious and quite clean. They had a nice buffet breakfast that was included with the reservation, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.
