部屋は狭いが、タオル、暖房、wifiなどしっかりと整備され、綺麗。部屋の鍵が、スマホからの通話で開くので、データsimは使えないのが、難点。管理人がいる時間だったから助かった

No clear signs to say reception was on top floor. A struggle to get to reception with my baggage.other than that, all good. A bit nosiy with the traffic off the busy road.Fairly decent location - i walked from train station. Walkable to old town. Very clean. Inexpensive

Good place to stay! Good restaurant in the basement.

Clean and comfortable stay. Extremely strange door access system, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who doesn’t have a smart phone or anyone who doesn’t have EU roaming, as you have to call a number every time you want to get access to the flat. Theres no key or anything and although it said check in until 10pm, there was no one on site to help us at any point. You have to email or WhatsApp a photo of your ID ahead of time before they will enable your ability to access the flat via the phone number. It took 20 mins for us to get hold of anyone on the phone to help us out.

Convenient place to stay. Nice small rooms/studio apartments and great restaurant in the basement! (Mo-Mo grill) We will be back

Really great place to stay for vegans/vegetarians who are limited with food options in restaurants and are use to cook themselves :) Really cozy room, just doors were 'vibrating' when somebody from other rooms were lesving or voming back..., so i put some paper while closing the doors in order to minimize sounds; and unfortunately floor was not properly cleaned (with hair and some food leftovers). Also pillows were terrible for sleeping - too big and hard, not actually sleeping pillows, nevertheless i am fine to sleep without pillows. So was manageable. Very comfortable with check in --> my flight was at night,so i did e-checkin. Super handy and friendly service!

Staff are helpful. Clean smart apartments. It’s keyless so you need to ring a certain number each time to get in (automated system). McDonald’s is literally next to it and then shopping mall and grocery shops in walking distance. Overall quite happy

Pleasant stay in the apartment, the check-in was behind schedule by around 1 hour which was a shame but not the end of the world. Adequate facilities for a short stay, only downside was that it was very noisy on the street/river facing side. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and the low ceiling can get a bit tricky at times if you're a taller individual! Would recommend staying here if you have a couple nights in the area.

Great location, clean and roomy

The apartment is located at a very good location for going sightseeing. You have both walking distance to the castle and old town parts but at the same time pretty close also to the main avenue. Now on to the apartment itself. Had number 38 that is right beside the reception (that is on the 3rd floor). It's pretty small, but enough for staying a few nights. The room is pretty good in terms of standard, but it can also be a bit better since furniture had marks on them and looked used. A plus is that you have a washing machine and kitchen besides the normal amenities. One of the biggest problems we had with the apartment is the noise and that it gets really hot. Noise is mainly from the traffic that goes on the big roads just utside. So if you stay here then have a room on the parking side. About the parking, then they have 5 spots on the backside of the building. But they cost 10€ per day, you also have street parking nearby but it costs 15€ per day (08:00-20:00). A well known resturant is also in the same building on the ground level. Didn't personally go there but have heard that it's a very good restaurant on the higher price range.

A comfy, clean bed. Functional AC was a life saver. Clean apartment overall. Great WiFi and amenities. Service could be improved, it seems they don’t read emails. Be ready to make phone calls. Noise problems. You can hear your neighbours behind the wall very well. There’s a McDonalds parking lot right outside, many folks playing loud music in their cars until late AM hours. And, of course, the street outside, Karalius Mindaugas street, is a racing track in Kaunas at night, expect a lot of noise.

Siisti ja mukava asunto. Ohjeet saattavat kuulostaa monimutkaisilta, mutta käytännössä kaikki sujuu helposti. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Parkkipaikkoja oli hyvin ympäristössä. Ulkoa ei pahemmin kuulunut meteliä asuntoon, eli sai olla rauhassa. Miinus, että ulkoa saattaa tulla pahaa hajua, jos sataa (eli kannattaa pitää ikkunat kiinni sateen jälkeen/aikana). Asunnossa ei myöskään ole roskapönttöä.
