まず、初めに受付で時間がかかっていました。 自分の他にはならんでいる人がいなかったのですが、途中から(中国のパスポートを持った)中国人が並びもしないで割り込み、その人を先に受付していました。 その中国人の割り込みに腹が立ちましたが、受付でこういうのもちゃんと見ていてほしいです。 そして、受付もとても時間がかかっていました。 最初がそんな感じだったので、とても印象悪く宿泊が始まりましたが、部屋自体はとてもきれいで良かったです。 プールも行きましたが、シャワーを浴びずにすぐにプールに入る人が大半で、衛生面でとても不快でした。 プールに入る前にシャワーを浴びるようにする掲示などしてほしいです。 また、夜20時に行ったのですが、人が多くごった返しになっていたので、プールに入るのはあきらめました。 施設が良いだけに、とても残念でした。

街から離れた森のなかにあります。天気がよければ周辺のトレッキングもおすすめです。冬の寒い時期だったのでホテル内のスパやジム、ラウンジで快適に過ごしました。

ゴールドメンバーの特典が満載で充実した休みを過ごすことができました。大規模ホテルで、大きなイベント中でしたが、静かなお部屋をご用意くださりゆっくり過ごせました。スパの内容も充実していました。

スムーズなcheckinが出来てとても良かった。 スパ利用には水着がいることは、絶対なのですね、楽しみにしていましたが利用出来なかったです。

it was comfortable room, enough space, and clean. It was little bit far from station and restaurant but we felt relaxing on forest roads

金額に対して、非常に快適で、綺麗なホテルでした。スタッフもフレンドリーで非常に快適な滞在でした。

The hotel was great.

Hotel von außen keine Augenweide, von innen aber recht schick. Pool & Liegen für die Hotelgröße sehr unterdimensioniert. Großer Vorteil: direkte (kostenlose) Busanbindung nach Luxemburg-Stadt fast direkt gegenüber. Ausbaufähig/mäßig begeisternd: das Frühstück. Die Tabletts geben einem eine Art Kantinenfeeling. Die Tische im Essbereich werden nicht eingedeckt. Die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen sind leider bestenfalls "Befriedigend -". Das Rührei bspw. Ist wirklich nicht ok für eine 4*-Haus, der Kaffee auch nicht.

Room was clean and spacious. However, coridors could get new carpets because present ones smell really bad even if they clean them every day. Fitness center was just okay. The only training machine that was there was not functioning properly so only free weights were actually usable. I did not try cardio machines. Indoors wimming pool and saunas are way too small for the size of the hotel and water is pretty cold. We did miss water boiler in the room or coffee machine. That would improve a lot the overall stay. I mention it because we like to wake up pretty early and there is nowhere in the hotel you can get coffee or tea at early hours. The earliest was at 7 and even then you can get it only if you also purchase the breakfast. Despite all the minuses, it was still a good stay due to the location of the hotel and most of all plenty of free parking.

Pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles situé à l’extérieur de la ville de Luxembourg, c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de chauffe-eau avec du thé et café; il n’y a pas non plus de room service La piscine extérieure est ok mais il n’y a que quelques chaises longues et le reste des clients sont couchés sur l’herbe…. Bref c’est ok mais l’hôtel n’est pas vraiment un 4 étoiles

The hotel was in a ideal place to catch the bus into the city and free. Great staff and friendly too. The outside pool was very busy but only a few sun loungers. I was disappointed with the lack of tea /coffee facilities in the room , most basic hotels provide this. I would return .

Fijn hotel met heerlijk zwembad (buiten en binnen). goed restaurant en prima bedden. Hier komen we graag een keer terug.
