Cuando llegamos un olor horrible en el rellano de la escalera (habia basura tirada) y lo.peor de todo es que el apartamento lo cogimos para 3 y el sofo cama estaba roto imposible usarlo por lo que tuvimos que dormir en él suelo

El wifi no funcionaba, la televisión tampoco. Las persianas rotas. El ascensor estropeado, en el último piso la ventana estaba abierta y llovía, todas las escaleras estaban llenas de agua, casi imposible bajar sin caerte. Olor horrible por todas las escaleras, muy sucias, orina en una planta. Y unas cuantas cosas más. Iré a consumo y pondré una reclamación. Y posteriormente denunciare

Everything was clean and as in the pictures

The place was very clean and spacious. The only problem was that there’s no Wifi. Tried to contact support many times but it was not resolved. Noone came to fix it and customer support stopped communicating.

Possibly one of the worst stays at a place I have ever had, smartflats the company as a whole is a catfish nothing like the pictures or descriptions. If you are confined to a wheelchair or have problems walking the lift doesn’t work which they know about There was dirty food left in the fridge and laundry left in a cupboard There was needles and drug packets left on the stairs going up to the room Overall AVOID booking here

Un poco sucio

Tuvimos que esperar 35 minutos para poder ingresar a la propiedad ya que no nos explicaron cómo debíamos ingresar. Esa espera de 35 minutos fue terrible, había 2 vagabundos inyectándose drogas frente a nosotros y tenían libre acceso al edificio ya que la puerta estaba abierta de par en par; nunca la cerraron durante los 3 días de estancia. Al momento de entrar al edificio apestaba a orina, de los mismos vagabundos ya que pudimos comprobar que entran al edificio cuando gustan. El apartamento estaba sucio, el balcón tenía colillas de cigarro y un trapo asqueroso. Los baños llenos de residuos de orina; en general muy sucio. El WiFi NO funcionó durante los 3 días de estadía, a pesar de habernos quejado no solventaron la situación. Solicité una compensación y no obtuve respuesta alguna.

WIFI did not work. I called and they daid they were worki g on it. I started reading prior reviews and turns out Wifi had not worked 2 weeks prior to my arrival. Also the master vedroom sink was clogged. I made contact with maintenance and advised them of the problem, they walked into the apt saw the priblem took pics and never fixed it. We also didn't have handsoap and they still didn't do anything about it. In other words, the apartment is nice, but us tourists sepend a lot on Wifi to plan our activities and they did not care and obviously have not cared about it for a while.

Lift does not work meaning climbing 10 flights of stairs each time and one of our party has a bad leg. Sofa bed has broken legs and does not sit right when pulled out. No linen is available for the sofa bed. Only two sets of towels provided for 3 people. TV does not work. Shower has no attachment clip so you could only hold it to shower and no rain shower head on it even though it has a function for one with water just pouring out of a hole in the taps Picture in bathroom is broken and window in living area badly cracked just in case you decide to take that from our deposit. All in all a very poorly prepared apartment for anyone to use. All of this information and photos where sent to Smartflats for a form of refund but no luck as yet!

Property had damage in all aspects. There were homeless people sleeping on the bottom floor and the whole place had a horrible smell from top to bottom

Horrible. no internet signal. no cooking equipment. broken shower and many things beyond repair

They said there was wifi but when we got there there was none. Place had a weird odor and all the dishes were nasty. Also all the soap was empty.

Mon commentaire n'est pas validé par Hotel.com pourtant il me semble respecter le cadre définit par la plateforme. Mon objectif est seulement de prevenir les voyageurs de la réalité de cet etablissement. Voici mon expérience : A peine arrivé au pied de l'établissement, j'ai vu un client fuire de l'établissement poursuivi par une personne étrangère a l'établissement. J'ai prévenu la plateforme téléphonique de l'établissement et voici la réponse reçu de la part du gestionnaire : "je sait on nous a déjà signalé ce genre de problème si cela vous gêne il faut appeler la police..." 2. Des SDF occupent les parties communes et y passent la nuit. 3. Impossible de fermer à clé la porte de ma chambre. 4. Le sol de la chambre est sale, l'évier de la sdb est bouché et le flexible de douche est déchiré. Manifestement le ménage n'a pas été fait. 5. Pas de télévision dans la chambre, à la place des trous sur le mur.. Aucune réponse de l'établissement à ce sujet... Aucune réaction ni réponse de l'établissement pour essayer de corriger ou ameliorer quoi que ce soit... Expérience horrible, je n'y remettrais jamais les pieds. D'autant que les photos ne sont pas conforme à la réalité et les services non plus.

Geweldig accomodatie schoen ruim en modern. Helaas geen wifi verbinding en geen TV voor de kinderen. De lift deed het ook niet gelukkig waren op eerste verdieping.

The flat was really dirty. Own Duvet Covers are highly recommended! The towels were wet and already used before.

The door was broken, the elevator was broken and there was no wifi. Homeless people also sleeping in the hall.

Der Alarm des Aufzugs wurde drei Tage lang unbeachtet gelassen.

Gestion désastreuse, m'a donné un appartement non nettoyé avant de me changer d'appartement. Wifi qii ne marche pas, pas d'eau chaude le second jour, television qui ne marche pas, gels douches vide bref a fuire ! Et un son permanent d'alarme dans les parties communes !
