Biasa saja, hotel lama tapi boleh la untuk menginap sekejap.

Penjaga kaunter baik dan mudah berurusan. Tapi pintu utama bilik telah rosak. Tiada keselamatan.

It was the worst hotel that i ever booked through this app! It was late at night and i check in around 1am. I asked for room that is close to the lift because i was alone. When i entered the room, the floor looked like hasn't been cleaned for ages. The toilet was so dirty there are spot inside the bathtub and toilet bowl. The whole room was totally different than inside the apps! I feel cheated. I asked the reception to come fix my aircond and he did. The whole room give me chills than i can't describe. The curtains and walls are stained and i feel disgusted just looking at them. I called a friend to accompany me that night. My friend entered the toilet and she saw a huge centipede inside the bath tub! We called the reception (the reception and room keeping is the same guy) and asked to change our room. But he says there were no more rooms available. He even said the room i got was the best room of all the hotels room and his hotel is quite old and i should just bare with it since i pay quite cheap. For our safety, we decided to just asked for refund and move to another hotel nearby because the reception wont help us to change room. We just check out an hour after checking in. And the room is not refundable so i spend another hundred ringgits for another hotel.
