The location is great and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is wonderful. The view from the balcony is great. Unfortunately the pipe in the kitchen sink is broke and the towel hanger in the common bathroom was about to fall off. Toilet paper was not in the toilet, but on the dining table. The AC was good, but the remotes for the fans did not work. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked and many bedroom windows could not be locked as the handles were broke.
Gary who gave me the lockbox code and wifi username and password was very helpful. I would like to stay again, but the issues I had mentioned must be fixed. The front door could not be locked from outside and the gate could not shut unless you use the key to lock.
