スタッフの対応は最悪でした。部屋の不具合を報告し、部屋の変更をお願いしたのですが、ホテルは満室で同じ部屋に泊まるしかないと言われました。部屋は清潔ではなく、ペンキの臭いが漂い、給湯器は機能せず、Wi-Fiはひどく、バスルームの排水は遅く、部屋の電話も使えませんでした。テレビはなく、壁掛け式でした。

Receptionist perempuan sangat tidak mesra, bila kita tanya soalan macam tak nak layan, even tanya password WiFi pun macam nak murah kita, sila improve ya sebab you tu juga bahagian reception kena lah mesra alam dengan customer, ni senyum pun takda. Receptionist yang lelaki muda je okay layan customer. Btw, air di toilet sangat slow tak tahu lah kenapa, dan plug satu je memang tak cukup untuk charge phone satu je? At least 2 lah plug. Harap dapat improve lah service tu, sebab kita pun datang dari jauh mestilah nak layanan yang baik dan mesra, thank you.

Very bad inspiration, the staff was not polite to us when check in not professional at all there are no bathroom facilities at all very bad experience.

Very near to SP(U) exit. Ideal to rest after a long drive. Don't expect much as this is a budget hot. But you'll get a comfy bed with hot water shower.

Book two different room but the staff are kind enough to change both room at the same floor and same building. Overall is okay.

Our standard room was not ready during check-in time. We were offered a room with stairs in it. Room was ok and we are satisfied.

Just nice for short stay. Fast check out. And no extra payment for late check in. All facilities were just nice even though the room was a bit small. Near to toll, KFC, Starbucks, and mall. And the parking lot is quite quiet. But the receptionist was not really friendly.

Strategic place, near the mall. Nice room and comfortable bed but when at night. I can hear a baby crying which is the wall is not too privacy. But overall is good for me
