Bilik hotel dan tandas oke, bersih, cuma tuala yang disediakan itu perlu ditukar dan dibasuh bersih dan tidak berbau hapak.

Cheap and reasonable. Yang penting dekat dengan Melawati Mall. Berdekatan dengan Public Bank dan Bank Islam. Senang cari sarapan pagi kedai Maksom rasanya.

Hotel yang bersih. Nyaman, staf yang ramah dan mesra. Dekat dengan Melawati Mall, kedai makan, dan mini mart. Next, saya pasti menginap di hotel ARK Melawati lagi. Terima kasih.

Although this hotel has two star review, I would like to add that the room given wass spacious, the decorations for the bathroom they did for is satisfying even though it is a budget hotel.

This accomodation is good but the service is not good. the workers is so noisy while cleaning and the doors keep open and close from the other room. I cant sleep well. so noisy, worst

Ok ok only, you get what you paid. At night the hotel environment is quite sunyi and dark, and the surrounding is not very clean, we saw a rat strolling around the parking lot that night hmm.

Yes...room look exactly like in the picture. Clean, neat & just nice for 2 person with superb rate. My room is at the 3rd floor. A bit noisy cause there is a studio one floor up but it's ok. They stopped jamming I think around 1-2am 😅. TV channel only Fox movie which is ok with me. Restaurant just walking distance.

Everything okey. Room nice and clean. Cuma tak ada lift dan kawasan sunyi. Just good for short stay.

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. everything was ok except at night there was a music studio situated right next door and they keep playing loud music until 1.00am till 2.00am and the earliest they stopped training was at 12.00am and the loud music of drum, guitar etc was so loud that it shakes the hotel from 1st floor right to 3rd floor. When we complained about the noisy annoying noise the staff said there's nothing they can do about it.The hotel management should seriously take the matter to the authorities. It was really a waste for such an affordable hotel to lose repeat guest due to this kind of problem.

Staff malam kurang mesra. Staff pagi peramah sangat. Bilik sangat bersih dan selesa. Parking senang kalo midnight. Siang sangat padat sebab berdekatan dengan bank.

Very clean everything is good very quiet, comfortable i very like it. Sesuai untuk yg save budget dan yg perlukan tempat rehat yang selesa i suggests tmpat ni terbaik memang berbaloi.

I booked this hotel to accomodate for training I attended in the nearby area. Overall good, hotel ambience is scceptable for a shoplot hotel type. Room was clean, location is easy access to food places and shopping mall. Only downside is the nextdoor jamming session that left me sleepless and a little bit tired on the next day training.
