bilik memuaskan dengan wang yang d tempah..kalau nak jimaat bagus tmpah hotel ini.tq bye bye

Tidak sesuai dengan gambar, tidak memuaskan dan sangat mengecewakan.

Jalannya sedikit membingungkan tidak sesuai titik di peta. Seharusnya di samping kanan Mangga Dua Hotel, dan saya baru tahu ternyata sungai besi hotel, serdang business hotel, sungai besi H3 itu adalah satu tempat. Makanya membuat saya bingung. Tapi lumayan tempat tidur bersih walaupun sempit namun kamar mandi bersih, ada air panas

Sedih, air-con sangat teruk dan panas.

Bad service and the pictures in web not same the real room

Sangat berbaloi harganye, bilik seperti hotel 3 bintang, selesa.

The room exactly like the pictures. Clean, tidy and specious. And good value for the money.

Well the hotel looks nothing like in the picture, and nothing like in the description. I think it would be best if you can provide real pictures of how the hotel room looked like and maybe have comments or ratings for the hotel for people who have stayed there before for us to know the quality of the hotel.

the aircond was not cool, the toilet door cannot be closed and locked, the power socket is broken, the staff was not friendly

Aircond leaking really bad. No remote for the tv.

Bad experience. The room was smelly. The floor was slippery. Towel very dirty. Not just bad. But worst experience. Surely not a 3 star hotel experience. Not recommended

Saya selesa dengan bilik dan kemudahan lain dalam bilik hotel.

Pelayanan baik, ramah, kamar bersih.

Not bad. But the toilet door cannot be close. If you are alone its okay.

It's alright if you don't mind with the noice of rats running across the ceiling.

Pengurusan yang teruk, hot water x disediakan, acon panas, x mesra pelanggan.

The bed slightly dusty but overall ok and acceptable

It was not at all bad, considering the low cost of staying in a place just to sleep the night away. However, the hotel should at least provide a clean, good smelling blanket. The blanket (at least the one provided for us), smells bad, smelled like somebody has already used it before, like it was recycled. For a low cost hotel as such, clients cannot expect anything except for comfortably clean and nice smelling room and beddings to sleep for the night.
