DRIVING Step 1. For guest driving, upon arrival at the ARTE PLUS inform the security at the entrance about your booking and unit number T3-35-02 and parking lot number B1-106 (Basement 1) to gain access. Please drive through the visitor entrance G and stop at any of the parking spaces. Please proceed to the mall box room to collect the access card/key, it is located LEFT HAND SIDE at G floor car park area when you are driving in. Step 2. Please look for MAILBOX number T3-35-02 (serenity executive suite) . Step 3. Proceed to your car and drive inward to Basement 1 (B1). The parking lot is 106 located in basement 1 (B1). It is near to lift lobby 2 at BASEMENT 1 and you would see the signage of SERENITY EXECUTIVE SUITE GUEST PARKING 106 on the wall. Step 4. After parking your car, please head to LIFT LOBBY 3. Please use your access card to gain access to the LIFT lobby 3 if the door is closed. Step 5. When in the lift, please press R to get to level R. At R level please exit the lobby and use the next door to enter the next lobby of tower 3 (T3) to gain access to the private lift that would take you to your unit. Step 6. Please look for a lift written TOWER 3 UNIT 2 . When you get into the lift, please waive the access card near to the censor then press your floor number which is 35.
NOT- DRIVING Step 1. For guests NOT driving , upon arriving at ARTE PLUS inform the security at the entrance about your booking and unit number T3-35-02 to gain access. Please proceed to the mall box room to collect the access card/key, it is located LEFT HAND SIDE at G floor car park area. Step 2. Please look for MAILBOX number T3-35-02 (serenity executive suite) . Step 3. Then head to Lift Lobby 3, exit the mailbox room and walk more in towards the right hand side, you would see the Lift Lobby 3 . Please use your access card to gain access to the LIFT lobby 3 if the door is closed. Step 4. When in the lift, please press R to get to level R. At R level please exit the lobby and use the next door to enter the next lobby of tower 3 (T3) to gain access to a private lift that would take you to your unit. Step 5. Please look for a lift written TOWER 3 UNIT 2 . When you get into the lift, please waive the access card near to the censor then press your floor number which is 35.
Check In time is after 3pm Check-Out Time is 12Noon
Refuse Chamber is located at the same floor
Please be informed that use of Lazy River required an advance booking and subject to availability. Kindly inform the Date and Time you intend make use of the facility to enable me make the reservation for you. The first slot starts 10:00 AM and last slot starts 9:00 PM. Each slot last 1 hour. Maximum number allowed from a unit is 5 persons.
