Good and firm bed. Not hotel luxurious kind, but was good for a good rest. Was clean enough though bath towels looks worn out. Very good location to get around

Lobby area and room are modernly designed. However, the technicians could not supported to set up our TV channels properly and left without resolving the issue. Water flow too slow and water was not hot enough as you will need to turn on the heater minimally for 30mins. Was able to find parking near hotel. Reception staff was helpful. The price is on the higher end.

A lot of 2 to 3 stars hotel inJohor Bahru have this common problem i.e. noise insulation is highly insufficient including this one.

We had to exterminate not just one, BUT THREE cockroaches on separate days. The water dispenser at Level 2 was full of ants, and the hot water dispenser's water is not even warm, basically ruined my morning coffee.

Great reception

The room is clean and it’s comfortable. It’s cozy. Lots of food options. Though it’s quite far from shopping malls but it’s easy to get a grab. There’s a nearby massage too.

Checking in and out was quick and no-fuss. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Will not hesitate to stay again in future.

It was not a comfortable stay. The room was very cramp and the bed was very uncomfortable. The sound proofing was terrible

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, room is clean but too small, room facilities are limited. Nothing for clothes hanging, can only watching TV on bed

It was my first time at this hotel. I was a little worried if the area was secluded since it's a distance from the popular shopping areas in JB. But to my surprise, the area was bustling with activities at night so I felt safe. The bed was amazing. I had great sleep for the two nights I was there. The room and bathroom were very clean too. And the beddings didn't smell of strong bleach or detergent which was wonderful for me. Good quality shower gel, shampoo and lotion. I love the body lotion. It was not greasy at all. So I bought one bottle from them when I checked out. I also managed to park near the hotel at the street parking. No complaints.
