The furniture quite old and weird smell

Good view

It was quite a nice and cozy place and spacious. The view was fantastic facing the sea and quite comfortable eventhough the property is a bit old.

It's comfortable to come with family.

So - so. They have to improve the clean-service, my sofa smells so bad!

All of the properties are well except for the iron

Location was excellent close to the shops and restaurants. Rooms was fine but when we enter we smell Durians where my wife did not like to eat durian or the smell of durian. Bath towels look very very old and smelly. Rooms AC works very well and it was cold. Others were ok.

Great view and the rooms are awesome.

It was amazing with spacious room & spectacular view from above. It was comfortable as there is shopping mall within the building including duty-free shops so we don't have to shop elsewhere.

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Wonderful place to stay.

The apartment room is great, the design is very modern, although the air conditioners in the bedrooms could have been strategically placed (for more comfort, the air-conds could have been placed facing the beds). The facility such as the swimming pool was nice, although the service counter could have been more informative about their facilities such as the opening and closing time, cards needed to get into the facilities, etc, especially during check-ins. There should be a signage stating the opening and closing time of the facilities. During cleaning of the pool, there should be a sign stating so outside in which the service counter should also be aware of this so they could also help inform the guests. The overall hospitality was not so bad, although it could be improved.

Got water ponding inside bathroom, inform to reception to do repair after 20 minutes

I always choosed Beta Apartment when visiting Labuan because its better then room only. It remind me of my own apartment.

easy to find food..in the middle of town...banyak kedai chocolate...

No currenct electric and The air con not cool .....almost 3days.....till the night the aircon start not cool and 2days no electric....my kids and my family can’t sleep well for 2days.....the facilities very old and the cupboard got bad smell.....the floor also tidy...we use slipper in the dinning room........the water heater for shower....sometimes not hot....and the hotel no respond anything and any feedback to us when no electric coming for that 2days....no next time for me........

Hotel is too old and no maintain at all, room dirty like few year no ppl stay.
