Air conditioning not function as well.

1. Already booked and paid, but the receptionist said the room is unavailable. 2. the bed so gross got nails over it and so dusty. I had to sleep on the floor. 3. the mattress got no sponge in it! only spring! again I had to sleep on the floor is much more comfortable.

Dalam booking tak dinyatakan kemudahan basic seperti televisyen tidak berfungsi. Hotel budget pun mesti sekurang-kurangnya ada channel TV. WiFi pun very poor, kalau boleh refund sure we go to other hotel 😒

Great for a short to medium stay. located about 10km from Temerloh town center and just stone throw away from Mentakab center. Parking is limited but we didn't have problem getting one. Swimming pool is huge like half Olympic size. kids pool with slide also there. Breakfast was offered at Rm10 per pax but we didn't take it. Overall it's a good value hotel.

Kebersihan bilik memuaskan. Pool ok. Anak happy.

Really worst experience for 2nd in same hotel,in website shows king bed but this is queen bed,room really dirty even outside a lot of birds, very noisy and I check out on the spot. For agent please check hotels before advertised it for booking

Kolam renang memang terbaik, cantik dan sesuai untuk keluarga. Tilam tidak memuaskan, dah terasa spring. Breakfast kalau boleh pelbagaikan menu.

Bilik panas aircond tak rasa, tak perlu selimut, ada tahi cicak dalam bilik air.

The hotel aircond was not so cold and the water flow was also slow.

Kolam yang besar dan bersih. Bilik biasa-biasa saja. Aircond bilik siang panas, malam baru sejuk. Tiada tempat yang menarik di persekitaran.

Old hotel. Rooms need a lot improvements. But the swimming pool was great and breakfast was satisfactory.

Room is spacious old furniture. TV old bulky type. Shower rail broken. Towel only get around 9pm.

Booking king bed room (executive room 417) but get queen bed room. Manage to upgrade for family room but only after making 3 phone calls. Old hotel definitely need refurbishment. Slippery room floor. Smelly room. Our family room (upgraded room 316) aircond is not functioning well.. Just warm air come out.. Very uncomfortable and humid to stay!! (it;s rainy outside, but still cannot help). Wait for more than 30 minutes the aircond still hot. 😰😰 if you're with kids.. Please think twice to stay here.

So many birds and birds dirt windows. But still good service and clean room, clean swimming pool (include the new swimming pool bathroom). With Rm144/night in executive room I've got almost nice room (except the circle table "goyang") and nice service. Good hotels. Thank you

Not too bad but hotel is in need of upgrading. Looks very old now.

Suasananya baik dan menarik, mudah mencari tempat makan, sarapan pagi yang sedap disediakan dan kolam renang yang cantik.

Nice hotel. Clean, good food, very good service. Mungkin perlu sedikit tambahan dalam bilik. Tempat sampah, towel baru, but overall is good.

Lantai bilik rase sedikit melekit.

Peti sejuk/ kulkas tak ada, towel harus minta di lobi.
