Too noisy. Cant sleep properly. Ppl talk and gathering there. Staff not friendly. Quite a distance to ksl. Wont stay anymore. The price is too expensive ! Walk in cheaper. Why want to book here.

Sprei tempat tidur terasa kotor, bantal bau, perlengkapan toilet tidak madai dan kotor, exhaust fan tidak berfungsi, makin lama penginapan ini makin jelek pelayanannya dan mulai kotor.

Phục vụ tốt, khách sạn bé nhưng tiện nghi đầy đủ, thân thiện, hiếu khách, nhân viên không nói tốt tiếng anh nên khuyên các bạn nên mang theo google translate để nói chuyện, địa chỉ dễ tìm, đi chơi đâu cũng tiện, mình thấy tuyệt vời

Clean, quite complete for budget home stay and near from shopping center.

My room was 17, the owner lady very impolite when we open the window ask us to close, fan not working. Aircord is ok. Room cleaning was not ok but the environment was nice.

Cukup untuk tidur/istirahat saja. Sesuai dengan harganya. Lokasi tenang, tetapi dekat dengan pusat tourist di Johor Baru. Mencari makan/shopping cukup dengan jalan kaki saja. Kamar cukup bersih, tenang dan aman.

Lokasi cukup dekat dengan KSL, pelayanan ramah, AC dingin, kamar agak sempit, tidak ada meja/lemari.

Ini penginapan budget di johor bahru. Keunggulan: Lokasi dekat KSL City Mal and Resort.-Mudah mencari makanan, terutama chinese food. Menyediakan dispenser air minum panas dan dingin. Teksi budget tersedia ke legoland dengan harga RM. 30R-Tidak kena pajak hotel sebesar RM. 10 per malam per kamar. Kekurangan:-kamar tidak menyediakan toiletris, hanya tersedia 2 pieces handuk mandi. Tidak ada lemari pakaian, Hanya ada meja kecil, ukuran 50 x 50 cm. Kamar dan kalau mandi tidak menyediakan hook untuk menggantung pakaian. Ada peraturan pegawai tidak membersihkan kamar sampai tamu check-out, berarti harus membersihkan kamar sendiri. Semoga bermanfaat.

Kelebihan: ramah, proses check-in dan check-out mudah dan cepat-cepat. 2. tidak pakai bayar pajak turis 10 RM per malam. 3. handuk dapat 2 dan keset. 4. Kamar tidur dan kamar mandi bersih. 5. air panas lancar. 6. Ada keran untuk wudhu. 7. terdapat AC dan kipas angin. 8. Jalan sedikit sudah terdapat mini market, restoran cina, india, dan lain-lain. dekat KSL Mal juga cukup jalan kaki-kaki. 9. Taksi online Grab mudah di dapat. 10. Tidak dapat sarapan namun ada dispenser untuk tap air gratis sebanyak banyaknya. kekurangan: ramah. Tidak dapat amenities apapun jadi harus persiapan sendiri (sabun, sikat, pasta, dan lain-lain) 2. kamar tidak terlalu luas tapi masih ada space buat sholat. Tidak ada petunjuk arah kiblat, tanya resepsionis juga tidak tahu, penduduk sekitar juga jarang muncul jadi pakai petunjuk arah lewat HP. Deposit 50 RMam 55. TV kecil dan saluran sedikit 16. AC bising tapi dingin 7). tidak ada lemari jadi susah letak barang. Menginap 2 malam tapi kamar tidak ada fasilitas dibersihkan.

Everything’s okay and suits the price. Except the receptionist is not friendly.

Location: 5/5. There is 7-11,restaurant(halal & non halal), shopping mall nearby. Price: 5/5. The price for the stay wasnt too expensive considering that i am staying for 4 days Room: 4/5. The room is your standard room with aircond and toilet. You need to inform the staff if you need change the bedsheet or toilet paper for the room. Amenities: 4/5. The wifi is quite good n fast. There is only 1 type of soap which is used for hair n body.There is TV also inside with a few channel. Overall: Quite ok for your normal backpackers or sightseein. Haven't tried the bigger rooms though.

Masih kategori bersih untuk standar homestay. Cuma kebersihan handuk perlu ditingkatkan.

Hotel nya susah di cari kayak kost kost an, tidak dapat sikat gigi, sabun ada, toilet air kenceng, WiFi kenceng, banyak gagak karena di Johor, deposit cuma diminta doang tapi di balikin pas check out, tidak kena pajak turis. Lumayan lah.

It's oke,about cheap hotel ,but we disappointed about they service...we booking 3 room for 7 person ,but they gave only 2 room,and then I asked that we booked 3 room,after he called someone he said that right we take 3 room,but all room beside our room full so the show room at the other building,he say that we can use the same room beside 2 our room first but we must pay 10 RM again...last,we pay 10 RM then we used 3 room near each other.

This hotel is cheap but very clean and all new, the bed is good and the ambience also nice, just near ksl just walk only, better than have to book the expemaive hotel because the location is so good

3 night I stay this place but not give service to clean my room. I told I want clean my room or change bad cover. and towel. and not in respect. I pay this room. but hotel not give me service.

A nice place to stay, got a lounge that feels like it's at my own home, clean house
