Good place, good price, good service. The staffs are humble, friendly and kind. I have a problem then the staff help me. This place near to alor street, pavilion, and other mall. Near mrt and lrt too. It really recommend to travellers and students. With love customer comfort cabin♥️

Sebelumnya saya pernah menginap disini, tapi ketika saya menginap disini lagi kemarin, service-nya sangat menurun. Kotor, AC bocor, lembab, dan lain-lain. Tolong ditingkatkan lagi service-nya, bulan ini sangat mengecewakan.

So far so good, lokasi dekat dgn alor night market, sungei wang dan plaza low yat. Hanya saja ketika malam saat teman saya ingin refil air minum ga bisa dan disuruh nunggu setiap pagi agar bisa refill lagi. Kamar mandi perempuan cukup bersih, cuma ada bbrp toilet untuk buang air tissue habis dan tidak di isi kembali, ada kecoa, sabun cair untuk mandi waktu saya menginap cuma ada di 2 kamar mandi saja, ketika habis tidak ada di refill lagi. AC di kamar saya juga bocor, untungnya bocor di saat saya besoknya check out.

Overall, it was a good stay. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean. Location-wised, it's very near to the MRT station (Bukit Bintang Station), only around 300m away. And it's also near to the Alor Street. But, please expect there will be some crowd at night. Need to put more attention on the toilet. I'm not sure whether the toilet was cleaned daily or not but i think it's not cleaned daily. Because during my stay, the toilet was always dirty. Hopefully the management will take care of this

The location is great, close to many good places and foods. But we get a separate room though we booked in 1 booking. I got upper bed which facing right to the air conditioner, it was damn cold though I use the blanket. I already report my complain to the host but nothing changed in the second night. The toilet and bathroom were not bad actually, but one of the guests has serious problem with bladder I guess, the p*op were scattered on the floor and he/she didn't clean it up. I also found a toilet that wasn't flushed by the previous user. Disgusting.

Took place behind the main road, so it kinda hard to find, but actually a good place to stay. Stayed here one night and its room is clean, the kitchen so well-prepare and receptionist is so helpful.

Love the simple theme. The manager/owner is very kind and accommodating. I didn't want to get out of the comfy bed! The only thing that is missing is. Curtain or blinds to cover the mixed cabin bed for privacy.

the accommodation looked exactly like in the pictures. it was very close to jalar alor and placed in the center of bukit bintang area. the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

The location is perfect, just in the heart of Alor street. Near of Pavilliun MRT Station and Bukit Bintang Monorail Station. The receptionist staff was so helpful and friendly. The room is little bit small, but comfortable and clean. They also provide bathroom only for woman, it makes us (women) more pleasant. But, one thing that made me disappointed, was I couldn't get my deposit back (40 RM) because when I checked out at 7am no one was ready at receptionist, too bad.

This hostel is very new. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although I just stayed for one night, I have to prepare RM10 for tourist tax and RM40 for key card deposit (which was refundable after your visit. This place is value for money and the location is just around the block behind Alor Street and Bukit Bintang which is full of food and crowd during the night.

+ Great location, clean, quiet, as comfort as its name. Nice interior in diner space, ooh and Ali the owner, designed the hostel by himself. Cool! - I don't know if it's also experienced by another traveller, but there was some mosquitos during my sleep. No window. Advice: I don't know if it's upon request or not, but I think it's better to change the linen upon guest's arrival. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I stay in Bukit Bintang. Nice hostel!

Clean room, bathroom, friendly staff, super recommended. Near Jalan Alor, don't worry about food :)

Hotel bersih dan strategis, dekat dengan pasar Alor.

The location is perfect: 3mins to Night market, 5 mins to MRT station, 7mins to Times square to take coach to Singapore and free meals are ok. However there is shortage of hangers in the shower room, always lack of toilet paper and I really don't like no slipper for the guest while we have to put our shoes outside, it makes the bed dirty easily. One more thing be careful when you do the booking. Under law it stated that 10 RM for 1 room/ night. However mistakenly we book on app by bed and it takes us 10 Rm/bed/ night even though we stayed in same room.

The staff was nice but however I was supposed to stay in single room until I arrived in the hotel and they said the room was under maintenance and they didn't inform me at all. And I got downgraded to bunk bed room without getting my money back.

very clean, and situated very near to alor street. just within a walking distance. the receptionist was very nice. he even let me to early check in. will definitely stay in this place again
