Sangat teruk servis. Saya order Queen tapi dapat dua katil bujang alasan dia saya lambat. Tapi saya oder awal kot pukul 8 lebih. So bad service.

Bad experience because I was given room with weak AC.. but if you want to go to Stadium Kuantan, it is very good because it is very near. Walking within 2 minutes only.

Aircond xberapa sejuk, shower rosak.

My staycation was bad, i changed room for 3 times. 1st and 2nd room with no towel and room surrounded by dust, hair all over the bedsheet. 3rd room as presented in the web, unfortunately hair in the toilet and room was dusty. My wife and i had a bad cough and flu the next day :( i will never stay here again.

Tandas kotor. Bilik, selimut dan tuala mandi berbau seperti asap rokok.

Booking bilik deluxe tapi dapat bilik standard, penghawa dingin tidak berfungsi, bau bilik yang agak tidak menyenangkan, cadar dan sarung bantal dah lusuh dan berwarna kuning, memang tidak selesa untuk menginap disini.

The room is dirty but tidy. The building looks very old inside

aircond is not strong enough for a huge family room. toilet has drainage issue. towels and bedsheets are old and greyish.

Bilik yg berhabuk dan kotor tidak di vakum, mineral water tak ada disediakan, cadar berbau, tidak selesa, bilik x sedia awal untuk tetamu masuk.

Keadaan bilik air dan bilik sangat tidak selesa dan kotor berbanding hotel setaraf dengannya, tidak berbaloi dengan harga yang dibayar.

Ok, cuma cadar dan selimut perlu ganti baru sudah terlalu usang.

1. the blanket is brown and look very old 2. bed cover is not clean white always there is dirty even new and clean 3. the bathroom is not as expectation, closet is hard to flush. 4. but I love the kindly staff there receptionist, housekeeping and all. location in good near mall and 7eleven and also easy to find food

Room look tired, cleanliness really disappointing, carpet with cigarette mark, towel with big torn, not worth to stay at all

戦略的な立地。スタジアムに近い

Stay 4 nights, only make up room once for entire stay. To rate a hotel cleanness I always rate from the bathroom, 1) bathroom wall full of fungus 2) upon check in to room, toilet bowl is dirty 3) room full of insects, I being applying medication oil through the stay 4) shower broken, have to dismantle the head , only use the hose to shower. Even the rate is competitive and budget, I believe the hotel is short of cleaning staff but if such cleanliness can't or shouldn't be ignore if the hotel would like to maintain return client. I hope it take it a lesson to improve the cleanliness and service.

The customer service was terrific, but the hotel room is pretty old and kind of spooky. The lights are dimmed especially at the bathroom, but other than that the other amenities are ok. Loving the fact that they check up on us every day on the condition of the room.

Semua ok kecuali air cond kurang sejuk.
