⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur! I had an amazing stay at this studio apartment! The location is absolutely incredible — right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to everything. One of the biggest highlights was the private bridge directly linking to the metro, which made getting around the city so convenient and hassle-free. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped, with stunning views of the skyline — especially at sunset! The pool and gym facilities were world-class and added that extra touch of luxury to the stay. Whether you’re in KL for business or leisure, this place truly has everything you need for a comfortable and stylish stay. Highly recommended!

Mvy recent stay at The Establishment by SleepyBear was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life. Prior to arrival, you will be asked to send a photo of your ID or passport via text, pay a deposit and report your time of arrival. All that seemed fair although the refundable deposit did seem a bit steep for the price of the room. On top of that, I get a text an hour before check in that other than the deposit, I had to pay extra cash to security that would be refunded to me after I return my key card and it had to be cash. This was not mentioned days before but on the day of check in and it was presumptuous to think that all guests would have cash on them. Funnily enough, there was a notice at the front desk informing guests that “concierge and security DO NOT collect any cash deposit from any short term rental guests”, so I did not have to pay. Check in was also equally annoying as they mixed up my room number with my friend’s and I ended up waiting for 15 minutes for them to sort the confusion out only to have them realize that they had given my room to my friend who checked in earlier. Finally, I get to my room and the place is poorly maintained. The couch is full of stains, the backsplash of the kitchen is cracked and there is a musty smell that does not smell pleasant. My friend and I were so put off by our experience that we actually then made a booking the beautiful hotel next to The Establishment and stayed there the rest of the trip.

A nice property in a pretty new development in the middle of Bangsar. Walking distance to an LRT station. Check in is NOT 24 hours, which caused a little bit of a headache, as my arrival was delayed till past midnight (not the establishment's fault), so I couldn't check in that night. Otherwise, a decent place for a short stay

Très bel établissement, très bien équipé, procédure de Check in simple et autonome. La piscine à débordement est très sympa. L’immeuble a une passerelle directement reliée à la station de métro, très pratique. Pleins de commerces et restaurants sympas à proximité. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Check in was very difficult to say the least, the area is unsafe, far from any restaurants and convenience stores. Poor communication throughout; unclear instructions; room is nothing like the pictures and messy. The cabinet smelled like mold, and the entire apartment was a disaster. Place looks nothing like advertised. DO NOT BOOK HERE
