Location is close to tourist attractions. Bedroom is larger than any other this type hotel. Room rate reasonable. Toilet is very clean. But cupboard is only 8 inch deep. Can't hang many cloth. We changed room due to broken bathroom door. First room has 32 inch tv second room has 24 inch tv. Overall this hotel is good. Lobby is big with ample space to sit. They have 2 lifts to serve the hotel. Hotel is a 6 story facility. Recommend.

Lokasi strategik hampir dengan pusat bandar dan juga dekat dengan highway, memudahkan perjalanan orang drp terengganu

1) Room (Rafflesia queen bed), room number 606 very bad. No soundproof. Late at night, especially on the weekend, it is very noisy with the sound of mat rempit' racing along the road plus like 'Kuantan drift'. 2) Toilet is very much like 'public toilet'. WC leaking. You can see your pee & shit flow out from the back & going on the floor of your toilet. 3) Water heater is only a dummy in the toilet. When you switch on the heater, the whole floor black out including your room. 4) Toilet floor is very slippery. Maybe the cleaner mop the floor with floor detergent and let it dry without washing it. The conclusion is, whoever wants to travel to Kuantan I'm begging don't stay at this hotel. For sure you will regret it. This is my first and the last time staying in this hotel. Never ever again.

Aircond tidak sejuk.. Bilik air kecil.. Tidak sesuai untuk orang yang berbadan gempal.

Pengaliran air buang mandian tersumbat.

Room was not ready when we arrived at check in time at 2pm. Only manage to get room at 3.30pm.

Bilik standard dengan harga. Almari untuk sangkut baju terlalu kecil. Water heater dalam toilet tidak berfungsi. Bilik tidak kedap bunyi. Breakfast biasa. Dekat dengan shopping complex utama. Parking banyak. WiFi terbaik.

Penginapan bajet bersama family n memuaskan, bersih n makanan sedap, pasti akan datang lagi menginap di hotel ini lagi bila berkunjung ke bandar Kuantan.

Tempat yang strategik berhampiran dengan bandar Kuantan. Tempat parking yang banyak dan selamat dengan CCTV. Air shower yang kuat dan pengalaman mandi lebih menyeronokkan. Dengan makan pagi percuma. Harga hotel perpatutan. Staff nice. Boleh tukar bilik dengan pantas, sebab bilik sebelum tu bau rokok yang kuat. Lobby pun luas boleh meeting dengan client.

Di bookingan di tulis dapat breakfast tapi kena bayar lagi di counter rm 10 tipu.

Ada masalah wiring di bilik saya menginap.

The check-in registration good and fast but the room we were given was aweful- On opening the door, the smell of tobacco was strong. In the toilet, there were 2 cockcroaches. We called housekeeping, they sprayed insecticide. 20 minutes later, more cockcroahes came out. We asked to change room and they agreed to it 10 minutes later. The breakfast okay but can improve if the food & drinks were hot. Otherwise, location was good.
