Owner claim room is not ready when I arrive because owner didn’t received any notification. call owner and have to wait almost 1 hour for owner to settle the problem. luckily still have room but still need for housekeeping.

not recommended if you are far from Kelantan unless you are coming with bus for family day gathering or so. not quite far from the town but the road is just like maze and it was so tiring. the room is fine. the aircond is not so good. only one tiny soap is given for my room which is one queen bed and 1 single bed. no phone in the room. quite spooky at night. I am not coming again for sure. no mineral water given like other hotels you went. no coffee and sugar. the mattress was sloppy. we check out early and went to another hotel for the second night.

Had a pleasant stay here. Calm and quiet. Suitable for those who want to escape from noisy city.

Water is directly pump from river, the colour of water is yellow and smelly, the situation of resort is horrible and is not same with picture and classified showed in apps

Hotel ini terletak dilokasi pendalaman, service kurang memuaskan kerana hanya ada 2 pekerja sahaja. Air paip berasa masin agak payau sikit, remote control TV dan econ tiada dan memang sunyi sedikit di kawasan hotel ini. Tempat sesuai untuk dibuat program-program sekolah atau camp-camp.

The place is quite old and not furnished. No taxi available to come in and out. Maps need to be updated.

There are no one at receptionist. It is like a haunted place so o decide not to stay there

1. Door didn't have safety lock 2. Entrance road no lamp and uneven 3. Swimming pool not clean 4. Not enough lamp turn on during night surrounding resort.

Comfort stay with 4 kids. peace but location quite far to access from main road.

Masih terima check in pukul 3 pagi. ok so so.

Nice place to stay. You can have fishing activity here. Spacious room for RM115 price. Area for improvement: Swimming pool only ready at 5.30pm, cleaning schedule should be out of operating hours (closed at 6.30pm). Aircond need service.

Late checked in around 7pm and reception closed. Had to call the supervisor. Unpleasant conversation with her. Reception only open till 5pm. Checked in at Chalet H004, aircond and tv not function. The security guard told he will come later and repair but didnt show up till we checked out. Nice place with high potential to bloom if they seriously manage the place.

Boleh lah dengan harga yang berpatutan, cuma check in lambat.
