Did not know you had to pay a deposit into I got there it was short notice . The bed was 6/10 but the presentation was nice . No taxi services numbers to get you to your next destination. The food was amazing

Room was good. Clean. The only downside of it was the extremely expensive parking charges. Normally any hotel we stayed in Peninsular the parking is under the hotel. We only need to bring the parking ticket to the Reception counter for validation upon check out, 0 charges. For the price of RM300 Plus a nite without breakfast is ok but at least don't make the customer pay for the parking. We rent Axia for our 9 days trip in Sabah with minimal petrol consumption of around RM57 only. But stayed 2 nites in your hotel we had to pay RM47 for parking only. It's crazy to be frank.

Disappointed cause we booked king size bed but given queen size. When we asked they said its up to them not up to hotels.com to decide the room we get! The king size bed rooms are bigger but we were given first floor where most of the rooms are smaller. Apart from that the location, cleanliness all ok but in future we have to book direct to make sure we get the size of rooms we want

전체적으로 만족하였으나, 호텔 위로 새벽에도 비행기가 다니는 길목이라 소음이 다소 심한편이며 방음이 잘 안되어 깊은잠을 자기에는 어려움이 있음
