It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pudu Sentral bus terminal. We had a wonderful time!

Rooms were what you expected for the price. However, despite that, bedsheets and pillows were always cleaned every day. We got new towels and water every day, the bathroom was big with great water pressure, and everyone was really kind at the front desk.

If you're looking for a budget hotel that's near the bus station, this would be one of the best options, only two minutes walk from Pudu Sentral Bus Station (you can book a bus ticket to other cities (e.g., Genting and KLIA) from this station) which is so convenient. It's only 20 minutes walk to Petaling Street, China Town, and some LRT stations. The room is quite comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly. Overall, I'd definitely come back again.

The bus terminal is just a short walk away for those heading to Genting or the airport, so you don't need to go to KL Sentral. The rooms are clean, the toilets are sleek, the hot water is good, and the service is good. Most reviews say the receptionist is rude, but when I stayed there, they were very humble, and even when I left my luggage, they didn't make a face.

The hotel is quite clean and strategically located, close to a coin laundry, a barber shop, and several friends' restaurants. It's also close to several minimarkets. It's a decent budget hotel, with scales and massage chairs available for a fee. Continued success for Hotel 99 Pudu...

I was traveling with a family with a small child. The hotel is very close to the Pudu Raya (Pudu Sentral) bus terminal. It's right across the street. Just cross the pedestrian bridge and you'll reach the bus terminal. It goes straight to Genting Highlands. The hotel has a scale, is clean, and is close to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor, and Petaling Street, Chinatown. The staff is friendly and provides complete directions.
There are air vents in the hallway. It would be better if a grille was installed. The holes on the sides of the room hallway are too large for the safety of hotel guests.
Overall, it's enjoyable. Worth it for family travelers who are focused on sightseeing (just sleeping and showering).

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The location is very strategic—just next to LRT Plaza Rakyat and only a few minutes’ walk to Petaling Street.
You can also walk to Bukit Bintang, but if you’re feeling lazy, just take the train!
The area is surrounded by minimart.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The carpet outside the room was so dirty and worn. The bed was a bit too soft, like the spring couldn’t hold as good as before. And the wall between rooms were too thin because we could hear people talking from next door.

Strategic location, comfortable, close to Alor, Bukit Bintang, art market, Petaling, Petronas, etc. Got a room with a window as requested, the floor looks like it has paint marks but it's okay, the receptionist is friendly and very helpful, thank you

The bus terminal is just a short walk away for those heading to Genting or the airport, so you don't need to go to KL Sentral. The rooms are clean, the toilets are sleek, the hot water is good, and the service is good. Most reviews say the receptionist is rude, but when I stayed there, they were very humble, and even when I left my luggage, they didn't make a face.

Overall, the hotel service is satisfactory, 5 stars, only the air freshener is too strong, maybe because the perfume smell is not my taste, but it makes me dizzy and a little nauseous.

The hotel is quite clean and strategically located, close to a coin laundry, a barber shop, and several friends' restaurants. It's also close to several minimarkets. It's a decent budget hotel, with scales and massage chairs available for a fee. Continued success for Hotel 99 Pudu...

the location is strategic, the room is a bit small but not too small, the water in the bathroom is very strong, only occasionally it seems a bit smelly, maybe there is a leaking drain, just check it, there is a paid massage chair and there is a scale so it is quite helpful for not over luggage when going home, thank you hotel 99 pudu KL, Get better in the future and be more successful...

I was traveling with a family with a small child. The hotel is very close to the Pudu Raya (Pudu Sentral) bus terminal. It's right across the street. Just cross the pedestrian bridge and you'll reach the bus terminal. It goes straight to Genting Highlands. The hotel has a scale, is clean, and is close to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor, and Petaling Street, Chinatown. The staff is friendly and provides complete directions.
There are air vents in the hallway. It would be better if a grille was installed. The holes on the sides of the room hallway are too large for the safety of hotel guests.
Overall, it's enjoyable. Worth it for family travelers who are focused on sightseeing (just sleeping and showering).

Access is very easy. If you plan to take the bus from the airport, the hotel is directly across from the Pudu Sentral bus terminal. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The location is very strategic—just next to LRT Plaza Rakyat and only a few minutes’ walk to Petaling Street.
You can also walk to Bukit Bintang, but if you’re feeling lazy, just take the train!
The area is surrounded by minimart.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The carpet outside the room was so dirty and worn. The bed was a bit too soft, like the spring couldn’t hold as good as before. And the wall between rooms were too thin because we could hear people talking from next door.
