Hotel lama tidak terawat kamar lembab tidak ada lift naik tanga tidak ada yang bantu pokoknya Ndak ok deh tp dekat tempat makan yang enak Ar raziq.

Kemarin booking hotel ini karena masih tunggu flight saya yang jam 10 malam, jadi masih ada waktu cukup lama dari check out hotel terakhir, maka pilihlah hotel ini dengan harapan bisa beristirahat sebentar sebelum ke airport. Kondisi hotel sangat tidak terawat, lift mati, selama menaiki tangga bau tidak sedap, sampai di depan kamar kunci pintu sangat sulit dibuka, tidak bisa di kunci dari dalam juga hahaha, water splash toilet tidak berfungsi, sayang seharusnya hotel ini di rawat terkait lokasi nya sebenarnya bagus karena banyak tempat makan dan dekat dengan pusat kota.

There is no parking for the customer where has to pay rm5 per entry and per night. So if you stay 3 night you have to pay extra Rm10 even you are not going anywhere. Plus the bathroom is quite dissapointed as have to on off the water. The air conditioner not very good also. Not reccomended.

Staff are friendly. I'll give credit for that. Upon checking in, they gave me 2nd floor room. That floor was full with unpleasant smell, it made me puke. Corridor had some cigarettes leftovers. Someone put the rubbish in front of the door. Not advisable for those who're not willing to climb up stairs, the elevator is out of service. You had to pay extra for parking just behind the hotel for RM5. Lastly, the TV in my room is out of service too.

Check in by 2pm but when I reach there on 4.30 pm, room not ready yet. The elevator is broken & I've to climb up to 3rd floor. The hallway to room hotel is slighly dark & room is quite smelly (I think someone smoking inside the room before). There's a guy from next door knock his friend room with unbutton pants! & My room on the last row. I ended up not staying there. Took my bag & check out immediately.
