部屋は広く、インテリアも設備も良いです。おしゃれな感じで、特に女性には好まれるインテリアだと思います。水回りも水圧も問題なく、トイレはウォッシュレット、TOTO製ですが電動ではなく横のつまみを回すタイプ、で日本人にはありがたい。 ただし、広い窓があるものの眺めはのぞめない部屋が多いと思います。細長い長方形の建物ですが、長辺の両サイドに同じくらいのビルが立っており、正面と背面サイドの部屋以外は隣のビルに面している感じです。部屋内容とグレードの割に他ホテルよりやや手頃なのは、そういった事情を織り込んでとも。ただ、初めから眺めを期待するのではなく部屋重視なら悪く無いと思います。屋上のプールからの眺めは良いです。 駅にはやや遠いですが、ブキビンタンやKLタワー等には徒歩15-20分で行けました。ただし日中は結構汗かくし、道はあまり歩行者フレンドリーではありません(KL全般に)。歩けちゃうんで悩ましいですが、場面に応じてタクシーを使っても良いかも。 朝食ブッフェもまあまあです。規模がそんなに大きく無いホテルなので、大型ホテルと比べると種類はやや少なめですが、一通りあり、質も悪くありませんでした。

Hotel is in a good location, rooms are very comfortable and the gym and pool are just right. Much more intimate feel than some of the other hotels I’ve used in KL for business trips. Would use again

Perfect hotel! Modern, clean, very friendly staff and lovely breakfast! And next to KLCC city centre. We stayed with 2 adults and a kid. There was no extra bed for the kid, that was the only disadvantage.

This is a newer hotel compared to the ones nearby. I was a bit skeptical but true to the ratings, this hotel is a gem option in the area. The location is perfect and walkable to the Petronas Twin Towers and Chinatown. It’s also right across from Merdeka Tower. Service is top! We were always treated at the door and our rooms always cleaned each day. Love love the earthy retro interiors! It is so different from the classy ones like Shangri La. Let’s talk about the rooftop! The pool is open with beautiful views of the city skyscrapers! Love to visit again!

Het hotel is geweldig. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam Heerlijk uitgebreid aanbod voor het ontbijt, een gym met goede apparaten, mooi rooftop zwembad met geweldig uitzicht. Op loopafstand naar het bruisende Bukit. Zeker een aanrader👌 Abdellatif en Somaya Mezian

we had a great stay at hotel indigo kuala lumpur. staff was prompt and very helpful with our requests. the rooms were modern and gym/pool was well maintained. really appreciate the cold lemon water in the gym! keep up the cleanliness and good service!!

The staff was really friendly and they even prepared breakfast to go when we had to leave early for the airport.

This place was like staying at a posh cottage in the rain forest. The decor was green and sustainable and gorgeous. The food was top notch from room service to full dinner in the restaurant. It’s definitely worth it to get the breakfast upgrade. It was an incredible place.

Nous avons adoré cet hotel. Nois avons pu avoir la chambre vers midi et de plus nous avons ete surclassé Cest un hotel qui possede une réelle signature La décoration est magnifique. Chaque detail a ete tres bien pensé. Ca change des hôtels de chaine anonymes qui se ressemblent tous. Ca fait du bien. Personnel extra Le petit déjeuner à la saveur locale est un vrai plus. Les produits dont tres bons Surtt de changez rien. Nous reviendrons tres certainement quand nous serons sur kuala lumpur

Nicely designed rooms

All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very accommodating, I requested for a baby cot and though they mentioned it’s subject to availability they sent one right up almost immediately. The chefs and restaurant staff were very kind and friendly. They cooked plain porridge and eggs for my baby and even mentioned that they can puree it if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we’ll definitely come and stay with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur during our next visit.

Hotel was in a good place, and very clean! The breakfast was very good. Great place to centre yourselves.
