Bersih sangat. Layanan di kaunter sangat bagus. Bilik besar bersih air cond sejuk. Breakfast pun ok senang parking. Keseluruhan nya sangat puas hati bersesuaian dengan harga bilik. 👍

Hotel yang best sangat bilik yang luas. Siap ada sarapan pagi lagi disediakan. Terima kasih lain kali saya booking lagi.

I am just not satisfied with the internet connection; I can't continue to finish my job due to the wifi connection too slow and always disconnected. Yet, please prepare an adequate breakfast for us. I go down around 840am+, but the buffet breakfast just finished, and I need to wait for them to prepare only the fried rice & bread.

I would like to introduce to everyone, who wants to stay at butterworth please stay in this hotel palm inn hotel, because palm inn hotel very clean and nice room. and also staff very friendly.

1) The check in time is taking too long. They said that the system was down. They didn't even have a back up plan for eg doing it manually first. They just ask to wait until the system ok. So I wait in front of the counter. Later on after almost half and hour waiting, I am asking again whether I can just show my voucher by agent and give the room first because I am so tired already back from work. And the other person said, owh system dah okay. I don't know why they didn't even call me to tell that the system is already ok and let me check in. 2) I am asking for a non smoking room, and I even call the reception to reconfirm whether the room given is a non smoking room but eventually my room smell very smoky and it even has a cigarette ashtray in the room. I am staying in this hotel few times already but no complaints, but this time around make me think whether to stay in this hotel again next time.

Everything is good, except can’t access the WiFi.

Big size and clean room. Good location. Reasonable breakfast (still can improve by providing additional menu e.g simple nasi lemak

1st room bed bugs, 2nd room cigarette smoke, 3 room poor ventilation.. bad stay!
