Good access to shopping mall, I could enjoy staying so much.

子連れには最適なホテルでした。ひとつ残念なのはシティビューを選択しましたが、シティーは遠くに見え隣の建物が丸見えでした。それ以外は良かったです。

The hotel was inside shopping mall which is super convenient for shopping and food hunting. The hotel car park located on the 6th floor and there is charges for hotel guests RM6 per entry ( need to validate at hotel front desk when going out)

We arrived after 10pm, room was booked for 2 adults and 1 10 year old child, however it was not set up for 3 . Sofa bed was not ready , nor were there towels or toiletries or water for 3. We had to wait for housekeeping to get that set up and it was getting late. At around 3am 13 aug, electricity incl aircon in the room went off and emergency light in the room turned on. My husband called the reception and was told that paradigm mall was doing maintenance and the power be back in 5-10min. By 330am nothing has happened, the reception would not even pick up the call and my husband had to go down. At that point they just claimed they didn’t know of this maintenance and it’s not their fault and they will let us know when it’s resolved. We did not need them to call us as the light would turn off when it’s resolved so we would know. There was no apology for incon, we were just told to wait for it to be over. I find it hard to believe that the mall would not inform such a big hotel of an upcoming maintenance. The hotel should inform the guest of this and I can make an informed decision about staying there. Secondly, why such things are carried out at 3am and if this is something that does occur, hotel should have some means to reduce the inconvenience this causes. I did not travel there to be up half a night staring at emergency light , it’s broken sleep and affects us the next day. While the hotel is nice, I find that incident is unacceptable and communication was poor

Short Getaway with family...stayed for 3D2N..Check in were smooth...Friendly staffs...Convenient location..Paradigm Shopping mall right below the hotel... Awesome Breakfast spread...

At night we can hear a noise from the road entering the hotel even l am at 13th floor we found is the drain cover rocking when the cars passes the road

Quite comfortable and convenient with the mall around. The swimming pool is clean. Only the room aircon is not cooling for whatever reason. No doorway light in room for sleeping . Requested for high floor but only given mid floor. Receptionist said would contact us when room was available but did not deliver her task.

Extremely convenient hotel located within one of the largest malls in JB. The mall was amazing and offers many activities for kids and teens eg ice skating, roller blading, rock climbing, cinema and video arcades. There are anchor tennants as well as small stand alone shops with good bargains. It is about 15 minutes from the causeway checkpoint to Singapore. Will definitely stay again.

Condition of room is fantastic, clean and spacious! Hotel is connected to Paradigm Mall, which makes our shopping and dining super convenient. Highly recommended!
