Very hard to check in and check out.

Hotel ok sangat tapi layanan pihak hotel sangat hambar. TV tidak berfungsi memang agak krik-krik sebab kami menginap selama 2 malam, agak membosankan.

Boleh lah, selesa, nice view, mudah nak pagi Sogo. Next boleh mai lagi menyewa kat sini.

said that can check in from 3pm to 11pm. but I came at 6.30pm to check in after meeting, it's closed. and re open at 10pm. and i've no where to go and need to wait 3 hours till it open back. felt very tired after long journey and long day. just you need to confirm timing for check in check out. but others are very satisfying, the room condition. the view.

Nice room, really enjoy it! Though the step to check in is a little bit hard, actually it just simple.

1) tv no signal 2) no staff to call at night when needed 3) difficult to connect wifi 4) the toilet smells of urine 5) others so far good condition.

家族と3回目の滞在です。2部屋とトイレが2つある快適なアパートメントが気に入っています。セントラル・アイ・シティ・モールまで徒歩圏内です。駐車場のゲートが多すぎるのですが、カードでアクセスできるのは1つだけです。

Comfortable place to stay with family. Walking distance to I city central and to I city. Beautiful view at night with the light and many attraction around it.

Hotel ini sangat memuaskan bagi saya. Kawasan bandar dekat.

Fasilitas kamar dan fasilitas apartemennya oke dan baik. Dekat dengan mal dan pusat permainan anak-anak, cuma kamar mandinya agak bau. Sebaiknya bagi yang menginap dan mau check-out kamarnya dibersihkan dan dirapikan terlebih dahulu arena kalau kamarnya berantakan bisa kena charge.

Dah masuk empat kali repeat pergi dekat sini. Paling suka kalau ambil studio block A sebab dapat mandi pool dekat tingkat 11. Recommend :)

Well.... We check in after 7pm. So the office already close. I call the number & the instruction given to me not so clear. So I had trouble during the check in to locate the place. It took me almost 2 hours just to check in & find the place. The apt is good for family stay. Just not clean enough. I found hair at the living room.

It was almost 12 am and we have problem with the key card. It couldn't access the lift to our floor. Tried to contact the number given and nobody answered multiple times we tried. Bad support service. Luckily after many times trying to use the card it's accessible again. Couldn't imagine if it didn't, so troublesome. The only pro is its walking distance to icity.

Apartment bersih, selesa, memuaskan, terbaik!

It's my third time now staying there, rumah sangat bersih, check in sangat mudah dan kelengkapan dalam rumah cukup, boleh masak, peralatan masak dan menghidang lengkap, memang terbaik stay disini.

Overall is a good place to stay however the cleanliness need to be improved.

Menginap di tempat ini ialah pilihan yang sangat tepat. Sangat cocok di tempati bersama teman-teman. Fasilitas yang lengkap dan memadai jadi alasan utama, tak lupa lokasi yang strategis dekat dengan wahana I city juga menjadi poin tersendiri. Tempatnya bersih dan sangat nyaman, tidak lupa kolam renangnya bersih dan dilengkapi tempat sauna, sangat direkomendasikan.
