got problem with check in proses. its take about an hour..they said that my room that I book has never been offer.. very disappointed

a little dirty, there was lipstick stains on the pillow case and it was dusty!

Bilik bersih, harga berpatutan, rm50.58 untuk deluxe room, tq traveloka sebab kasi diskaun.

Had to change room. The 1st they gave AC don't work. Door lock don't work. Room have a smell. The second room we moved the head bed keeps falling still have no good smell. Anyways its a budget hotel don't expect much. You get what you pay

We booked deluxe room with the window but our view is just facing a building next door. I asked receptionist to check our room category again said the room that we book is deluxe with window. Well okay, The price is reasonable for budget hotel. Just the picture look different with the advertisement.

No slippers in room, no hand towels. Room door lock doesn't work. Cleanliness is poor too. Water pressure was low.

No TV channel and room was a bit small.

Room card not working, every time need to ask hotel staff to open the door. Smell not very well, especially toilet.

Kelebihan: Dengan harga RM55, ok dari segi budjet hotel. Lif yang disediakan memudahkan untuk ke tingkat atas. Hotel berdekatan dengan restoran. Aircond ok. Layanan staff ok. Kelemahan: Bilik agak sempit dan access kad tidak boleh tidak digunakan untuk masuk pintu, bila nak masuk perlu tunggu housekeeper untuk bukakan pintu.

nice room, comfortable for overnight.

Bilik yang diperoleh tidak sama seperti yang ditempah, parking tidak disediakan dan perlu membayar parking sendiri untuk hari-hari bekerja.

Kartu akses tidak berfungsi, jadi kita mau keluar masuk harus panggil petugas hotel, sangat tidak nyaman.

1. I came to check in at 330 pm. But I have to wait more then an hour because the room not yet prepare. I ask can I check out late because of the lateness. Staff said cannot. And I will be charge for the late. 2. Staff told then hotel had problem with opening door system. Staff have to open for customer every time to enter the room. I can accept this happen but how come the management hotel cant solve this problem till the day I check out (3 days 2 night) 3. I inform the counter that the room phone not functioning. Then the staff said that the phone is ok only the phone can make call to the reception counter. Did the girl think this is my first experience staying at a hotel? I said yes I know and she reply the customer before didn't complain. So what? Then when I said do you think I want to complain for no reason... just check la. I'm your customer... do you think I am lying? I get what for that? 3. I call the reception counter 9.50 pm but nobody answer till my 3rd time then a man answer (same person attending the air cond problem) I said that today I didn't ask for my room to be clean. My daughter vomit on the bed can change. The man bring all the set of bed sheet and ask us to change by ourselves. I ask cannot change for us? He answer... ehhhhh and go. I call again. He said after 6pm cannot do that. I've been thinking if anything happen I my room and I wanted to call counter for emergency call and nobody answer... what happen? The hotel not save? 4. Air cond bocor. Tap tap tap ganggu tidor. As picture shown. The man said takde bilik kosong. So customer? 5. The toilet bau busuk. 6. Water heater ada noisy sound 7. Wifi connection was really bad! Its like 5 years back era connections. Others hotel wifi was terrific ... what a hotel? Really bad experience. Will share my experience to others

Awesome. Service is very fast and the staff so friendly. The room very comfortable and fantastic.

Keluasan bilik yang memuaskan.

I hotel nie onar gambar dengan reality berbeza sgt.. Orang yang buat pembayaran akan tertipu.. Harga dan gambar beliau.. Tq

Toilet and aircond not in great condition. No much tv channel.

WiFi tak lancar, harga kamar tak konsisten.

Harga hotelnya tak konsisten, tak sebanding dengan kamar harga hotelnya.
