とても満足しています。サービスも良く、部屋も清潔です。イポーに用事があればまた予約します。

I am having real bad experience in this hotel. the receptionist is so very rude! one pregnant lady came at night to check in and she treat me like sh*t! no manners at all! I will never ever come to this hotel forever. she really ruined my mood! sorry indra hotel. your receptionist named mohana or moshana or saitana I am not sure. but she really spoil your reputation. worst receptionist ever!! please checkout your cctv and see how she treat your customer. b*llsh*t!

Good : -opposite the hotel is tesco extra -have lots of restaurant nearby -lots pf parking -clean room & toilet -have fan in room -comfy bed & pillow -unique design of the bathroom (transparent) -have maggie inside the room (but have to pay) -good amnities provided -muslim friendly (have the qiblat sign) -helpfull receptionist (give detail abaout the hotel rule & parking) -only 5km away from the MAPS Animation Studio Bad : -room not soundproof (can hear everything outside the room & next to your room) -room not very spacious (had little trouble to perform prayer) -have to pay for parking except for weekend & public holiday (must use coupon,can buy from the receptionist) -no lift,must use stairs to go to the hotel room (not recommended for elderly who have weak knee or trouble walking) -indra hotel have many branch over here so makesure you guys didn’t check in at the wrong hotel (the hotel must state clearly which hotel indra so that no confusion occur to the guest) -there is stained on the floor -also have little coackroach inside the hotel room

1-servis lambat 😔 2-tempah bilik lain, dapat bilik lain (okay laa) boleh dipertimbangkan 😌

Staff baik, aircond sejuk, bilik bersih, dekat dengan kedai makan, berbaloi untuk harga di aplikasi.

The hotel was very clean and new, however, the aircond had issues and had to fix them. Also, the hotel took some time t9 respond back when I asked the sheets to be changed at night, they eventually sent some one to do it though.

It was clean , suitable for who travel with kids.

The family room is very nice but the bed sheet and pillow case are not very clean, got a bit dust although I've mentioned that I got skin allergy and requested clean bed sheet when booking the room.

It was a good stay for a night. Place and toilet was clean. And we asked for an extra pillow it was given with no charge.

Kamar bersih, pelayanan baik dan ramah, supermaket tesco depan hotel saja kalau perlu apa-apa tinggal nyebrang saja

I was staying in a deluxe room, Indra hotel has a nice transparent toilet. Just that the janitors over there were not so friendly

A very nice place to stay. near to dobi, restaurant & atm.

the room is great.. I like the shower the most.. friendly staffs.. new building and the area... walking distance to Tesco and about 10 minutes drive to Aeon Kinta.

Menginap untuk percutian family. Bilik ok. Cuma dr segi tisu x disediakan. Air panas dan iron kena ambik di luar.

Memang berbaloi menginap disini cuma pihak pengurusan hotel perlu memikirkan bagaimana untuk menyediakan parkir khas kepada pelanggan supaya tidak terjadi kes kereta disaman oleh Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh (MBI).
