KSLショッピングモール側で立地は最高で便利。Wi-Fiも良好。 今回、2回目の滞在だったが、今回はチェックインして部屋に入ると、ルームクリーニングが終わっていなかった。連絡した後クリーニングスタッフが来て掃除した。バルコニーはしばらく掃除していないくらい埃だらけだった。清掃の間、待たなければならず、1時間、時間を損した。更に、シャワー後の水はけが悪かった。一日経っても一部に水が溜まっていた。ヘアドライヤーはあった。台所の引き出しには、前の人が使って汚れたままのお皿があって気分が悪かった。確認をきちんとしてほしい。洗濯機はあったが、物干しラックは無かった(他のオーナーの部屋にはあった)。アイロン、アイロン台よりも、物干しラックがあった方が便利だと思った。次に利用する時は、事前に物干しラックがあるかどうか確認して、物干しラックがあるオーナーの部屋に宿泊したい。台所には鍋があり、袋ラーメンを作ろうとしたところ、電気オーブンが点いたり消えたりで、故障しており、作ることができなかった。このオーナーの部屋の管理は不十分。宿泊費をきちんと払っているのだから、きちんと管理した部屋を提供して欲しい。電気コンロの故障を知らせても無視され、返答なし。初っ端から未清掃の部屋にチェックインさせたり、確認や管理が十分でない部屋を提供され、気分の悪い滞在になった。一部宿泊料金の返金をして欲しかったが無視された。 立地条件はとてもよいので、次回は別のオーナーの部屋を利用したい。

General cleanliness of the room was just acceptable. I can feel the dustiness under my feet. Toilet was well cleaned and maintained though. However, I don't know why staying few times at such apartment type accomodation and got into arguments with the Security guards. For this stay, I forgot to return the apartment plague which was in my car, and I had exited. Trying to get the Security guard on duty to let me into the mailbox area to return but was met twice with the comments "you should get your car out first". I had no choice but to rebut in a unfriendly tone " the car is already out and don't keep talking when you don't understand".

Clean apartment with a nice view next to KSL mall. Only problem is the narrow carpark ramp.

I stayed here 1 night in July 2025. My apartment was on the 27th floor. PROS: Quite spacious. TV with satellite. Good fridge/freezer. Air con + fan on ceiling. Wi-fi. Balcony with nice view. The bed was comfy enough, although I found the bed linen to be of medium quality. The block of flats is next door to the KSL Shopping Centre, so there are quite a few dining options within a stone’s throw + shops. I tried to extend my stay by one more night but they were fully booked. It was overall a very decent option for 1 night and at a very good price. CONS: Slightly fiddly to deal with the check-in procedure, it’s all automated, you receive instructions & pics via WhatsApp, you collect the key pass via a post box. Same on check-out. I personally had no problems but it might be a bit tricky for someone else About 20 mins’ by bus (or more with traffic) from JB city centre. Some of the wall paint by the sofa was in bad condition/crusting off and should be sorted out. There were also some damp patches on the wall. The bathtub was not fitted properly as it was wobbling. Also, there was no curtain, why? You need to crouch to avoid splashing everywhere whilst having a shower. Very dusty under the bed / sofa / carpet, and behind the washing machine, do the cleaners actually clean?

Check in is quite late, they specify is at 3pm. Location is excellent for shopping and food

was disappointed to see unmade beds, spread out towels, trash etc. when entering the room. The cleaning was late hence delayed my check in time. The bed spray was very strong and not sure if they change the bed sheets or just sprayed something on.

Good location with many eateries, lot of shopping, very easy to get Grab to visit other places. Fast check in and out. Simple with video guide given for check in was great help. My first choice for future visit to Johor Bahru.

The check is from Whatsapp instruction, although reading through it may seem confused but there are videos to guide through..it is very easy.

There is a major problem with the lift. It took more than 30 minutes to get to our room. The room was comfortable, but the apartment building structure had some issues, which was disappointing.

I enjoyed the stay. Will be back again for sure!

Very bad !!!!

Out of 4 lifts to our block, only 2 were working. At times, only one lift was working. The wait for the lifts is easily at least 20 mins. On one occasion, it was so packed that we climbed up the stairs to our unit at level 25. The place was very run down as well, and the photos looked completely different fro where we stayed.

The apartment location is very good, room size is consider ok and clean.

Apartment was clean and convenient, beds were comfortable but the sofas were not. Tv size a bit small but came with Netflix we can log into our own account. We stayed for 4 nights requested for extension so we can have lunch first without lugging all our luggages around but was able told even an hour extension is subject to charge. Not a pleasant experience to end an otherwise comfortable stay.

Simple stay, Spacious and clean. Good security. Personal lift to the unit.

Check in instructions was very details. Big kudos to Nicolas.. he is super attentive and helpful. Recommended!!!

Bath tub leaking wet whole toilet. Aircon remote controller not working. Even after changed batteries. Iron not hot and ironing board bends and not firm. Lifts are slow and i have to take the stairs. Just bad experience.

Overall i think is a good stay. But there are like 4 lift, but not any in optimal conditions for our first day. I think the lift planning could be better managed. The instructions to check in can be simplified, giving one long message. Then could be accompanied by all the photos and videos.

Easy to check-in and clean apartment. Convenient to shop and eat
