設備、アメニティ、そしてアパートメントは素晴らしかったです。立地も最高でした。アパートメントは家具も充実していて快適でした。しかし、Wi-Fiの接続状況が悪かったです。また、食器棚の皿の1枚が使用済みで洗われていないのが分かりました。

立地はとても便利です。でも、家全体に「古い」匂いがしました。布張りのソファもとても汚くて変な匂いがしました。タオルも変な匂いがしました。

バスルームは一度も掃除されていないようなひどい臭いがしました。初めての宿泊ですが、これが最後になるでしょう。とてもがっかりしました。

広々とした清潔な場所！チェックインは簡単で、到着前日に宿泊施設から連絡があり、チェックインのガイドラインが送られてきます。宿泊施設の隣にはセブンイレブンがあります。朝食はタワーの隣にあるパディコピティアムに行けます。JBセントラルにも近く、徒歩圏内です。

Location is great, but the cleanliness is not too good, because there's a pool of water and water drops from the air conditioner.

It ' s quite different from the photo. Is OK if the photo and the apartment is exactly the same so we don't have our hopes up too high. I also search an apart hotel because the facilities that it has I. E, kitchen, ironing board, and washing machine. Sadly there was no washing machine. The good thing is it ' s clean and very near from CIQ & jb sentral, also the apartment is clean. The check in & check out was also very swift. Good or bad it deppends on your need and prefrence, I'm just dissapponted that it ' s different from the photo.

The accommodation is great for its location, just a five-minute walk to City Square and ten-minute grab ride to KSL. It is convenient and not too crowded. It is also clean and well-equipped. However, the doors in both bathrooms cannot be closed. Wasn't a big issue for an all-girls’ trip so we didn't bother too much about that. Beds were rather comfortable but found some stains on the bed and blanket. Sheets were clean to cover the stains though. Very detailed and easy self check in and out. It was a hassle free process.

The room looked exactly like the picture, comfy & clean. Super connivence for food and relax.

Hard to get in touch with CS to check in. Apartment has basic amenities like bath towel only. Bring your own supplies.

Don't ever stay here. Customer service very bad, rude words are given to me. Amenities are not provided. Air con is not working and there are no solution given. Kitchen area smells.

Some drawer are broken, some are rotten, and got small crocroach running in the toilet. Shower not strong. Aircon and WiFi is good. Overall is okay.

We check in late at night and realised the water heater was faulty. Unfortunately we cannot get any help as the technical service was closed for the day, 10am-6pm. So I've to use the electric kettle to heat up water and shower my kids.: (The floor was sticky and there was stain on the sofa. The toilet smell bad too. With the price booked for a night, SGD $ 100 +, not really worth. As compared to my friend 's apartment at other level, theirs are much better, sorry to say.

Booked a one night stay at Suasana Suites @UHA. Reached the lobby wanting to check in but to my nightmare the booking wasn't under Suasana hotel but is under UHA. Who would have known that it is another management that is managing it. FYI, there are a few other management managing the place. Some storeys belongs to the hotel, other storeys belong to other management. (treat it like an Airbnb kind of vibe). I was directed by the hotel lobby staff to contact the UHA management at the lobby. I had to call this number and they will send you a WhatsApp link to check in. Also, no where to store your luggage if you have any. You can't store it under suasana hotel if you didn't book with them. What a nightmare. After checking in, the shower head was leaking badly and the water was cold even turning the heater to maximum. Definitely deserve a 0 star if I could give one. I am here to warn all travellers to stay at your own risk if you wish to stay here. Very misleading and lousy shower facilities.

It does not belong to the management. The owner rent it out. Please check properly next time before advertising on the website.
