写真と部屋がこんなに違うとは思いませんでした。実際の部屋はとても狭くて、全く違います。ここには1泊しか滞在しませんでした。

このホテルは手頃な料金で、立地も良く、スタッフもフレンドリーで、満足しています。

この提案は素晴らしく、私たちの期待に非常に合致しています。必要な基準を満たし、割り当てられた予算内に収まっているため、全体として実用的で費用対効果の高い選択肢となっています。

Hotel is located atop old dirty shoplots. Checked in at night, told us room is in another place, need to walk 5 mins. Arrived at the other shoplot, no clear signage, completely dark going up the stairs, while the corridor was poorly lit and rundown, seemed like we were the only ones staying there. Seemed like the 'hotel' was poorly renovated from a bangala hostel, there was a shared toilet outside the rooms, door had 4 locks, inside of the room looked rundown and makeshift, couldn't relax in the mini bathtub cause water level wasn't even high enough and the ventilation was as loud as vacuum cleaner. Couldn't relax as we felt like the hotel was extremely shifty and didn't felt safe. Immediately checked out and gave up the RM150 + I paid for 1 night. Should be 0 stars, shouldn't even be called hotel.

I am really disappointed regarding my staying at this hotel. Very different between reality and pictures. First and last for me 😔.

Very bad, amat tidak memuaskan.

Towel tidak disediakan. Telefon tidak berfungsi dan tiada staf di kaunter untuk khidmat pelanggan. Reception counter berada di bangunan lain menyukarkan.

Harga sesuai dengan kualitas akomodasi. Hotel berada di pinggir jalan raya, lebih tepatnya ruko yang menempati lantai 2,3, dan. 4. lantai 1 merupakan kantor bank bsn. Seperti dinformasikan anda akan dikenakan taxi sebesar 10rm dengan menunjukkan paspor (untuk non malaysian), Namun karena melihat (mungkin) kami adalah orang indonesia maka dimintai deposit 50 rim (tidak diinformasikan detail di rincian). Kondisi kamar agak old karena memang bangunan agak tua. handuk, seprei, gorden, wastafel, TV juga kuno. AC tidak dingin. Hotel berlokasi agak jauh dari kota dan sirkuit sepang, agak mati gaya menginap disana. Channel TV yang tersedia hanya beberapa TV lokal saja. Namun menurut saya kualitas yang diberikan sesuai dengan harga.

Cuma persiapan seperti tuala & sejadah diperlukan.

Staff yang mesra dan jujur. Bilik yang selesa dan nyaman.

It was great for budget hotel plus they provide good breakfast.

The room is spacious, and worth the money. You rarely get toothbrush set, shower cap in budget hotel; but you got it here. With the deluxe room, there’s bathtub in it which is rare too. Area to improve: 1) sound proof. It quite noisy if the room facing the eatery, which open to late. 2) ventilation. The room get quite stuffy and hot when you return to hotel at night, as it’s facing the sun. Advice: don’t bring your luggage with you when you check in. As your room maybe located at new wing which is another building.

no wifi connection (too weak) aircond not cool and door system failure to open the door before actual check out time.room service always no have when we need help. For me it need to improve if want customer comes again. the worst thing is front desk and hotel breakfast very far (different building around 500mtr) . it is much not satisfaction.

Not exactly the same like the picture the put in on this app. No coffee or tea maker, no bath up and the bathroom just totally shower room. No clean towel ready in room too. Tv was not working properly so the room just totally a room with bed. And the area. Geez not good for plan your trip from, far from the central, all the access that able is you have use grab and will cost you more expensive because the location is far from all the place that you like to visit in KL. Also the phone in the room was not working too so if you need something you have to go down to receptionist 😧🙄😑

I brought two heavy luggages,super exhausted after trip and checked it almost midnight already. Their hotel is at the first floor, I had to carry it up alone. My room was issued at the 3rd floor and they had no lift and no one to help carry the luggages. I insisted for a room at the same floor but denied availability. Poor hospitality from the cold faced receptionist lady. I had to carry up the heavy luggages myself since they don't have a lift. The room wasnt very comfy as seen in the pics. Their tv was not broadcasting any channels clearly. Worn out torn towels and also thumbs down for their breakfast. Old building and needs to be painted and renevated. Cleanliness compromised as well. A big no for those travelling with luggages. When I checked out, I tried my luck again to call the reception and to ask help with my luggges but I was denied again. I twisted my ankle badly when carrying down my luggages and limped halfway. Still none at the lobby helped. I had to leave my stuffs and informed the already waiting grab driver before limping upstairs again and carrying down my luggages slowly. Bad facilitated hotel with poor hospitality. Took me 3days to recover from my twisted swollen ankle and foot. Hotel not within recommendation.

Pengalaman saya menginap di sini dalam rangka live race motog (tgl 2 nov-5 mow 2018) cukup menyenangkan, nyaman, sarapan paginya enak, tenang dan pelayanannya ramah.

Their room has a lot of cockroach and very smelly. Uncomfortable room, very disappointing.
