全体的に、ホテルは清潔で快適でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋も素敵でしたが、デザインは少し分かりにくいと感じました。ホテルの水準は高く、様々なレストランや飲食店が並ぶ通りにも非常に近かったです。 唯一の欠点は、料理の匂いが部屋に入ってくることと、防音対策が不十分だったため、隣の部屋で人が歩いたり、話したり、何かをしたりする音が聞こえてきたことです。ゆっくり休みたい人にとっては、これは迷惑かもしれません。

5日間滞在して窓のある部屋を予約してください。確かに防音ではありません。しかし、部屋はとても快適で、バスルームは清潔で、冷蔵庫は機能し、テレビは付いており、アメニティも揃っています。

簡単なチェックイン、会議がアップタウン 2 にあるため便利なロケーション、周辺には食事をする場所がたくさんあります。小さな部屋、防音ではありません、バスルームはOK、給湯器は機能します、Wi-FiはOKです。

Overall is very clean and very strategic location, staff is very friendly too. Perhaps owner should improve the wifi connection as it is hardly to connect for level 3 customer even I have tried as per staff advised. Hopefully hotel can further improve on the wifi connection. At the same time, the room heater is sometime working sometime not working. So have to keep on open and close off the water in order to get the hot water.

Will always stay here whenever I have appointment at damansara. Complete with basic necessities. Comfortable but at very affordable price.

The room was good. Good deal for this price. A lot of food around uptown too. Definitely will book again when I come down to Kuala Lumpur once again.

2Nd time here. Very comfortable and nice place to stay. Air conditioner, heater working fine. Got elevator even though it is only 3 floors. Plenty of tempat makan around here. The starling mall is only 5 minutes walking. Will always choose to stay here whenever I have eye appointment at the clinic. The only minus point is the TV. Only cinemax channel available.

Everything was OK except that the room that I got doesn't come with a TV remote. Weird.

Stayed here for a few times and this time around they have upgraded my room from superior to family room. A very pleasant stay with friendly staff and reasonable price.

Great hotel, very clean, very friendly staffs. They provided quite a lot of stuffs in the room (hair dryer, shampoo, soap, basic toiletries needs, coffee maker). Surroundings around the hotel is very nice, a lot of food and hawker center. There is a mall nearby if you want to go grocery shopping or basic shopping. The only thing missing is public transportation, as we need to walk quite far or need to travel with Grab to the nearest MRT/bus station.

I had most pleasant stay here. it near starlling mall and also many food store and convenient store over there.

So far everything is fine. Staffs got take initiative to take luggage. Overall is alright

Staff is friendly. The location is perfect for those who are looking to food trip. Village Park Restaurant, famous for its nasi lemak, is just right across. Rooms are clean. Just make sure to place the "clean room" sign before you leave for your tour of the city or business meeting to give the staff your go signal to tidy up your room. We stayed here twice already and both times had been a great experience.

Location is near food shops, and right in front the famous Village Park Restaurant. Our room was clean and cozy, plus the staff were friendly and accommodating. Wi-Fi though was a bit problematic.

Kamar bersih, staf helpful, banyak makanan khas di sekitar hotel, minimarket banyak di sekitar hotel.

Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan tempat penjual makanan, kamar bersih, WiFi kencang, staf hotel ramah sekali dan helpful. Banyak makanan khas Malaysia disini, pasti akan kesini lagi.

First and foremost, the staffs are super accommodating and helpful. The room was pretty great; it was clean and spacious enough. The beds are comfortable and they provide one main pillow and one cushion pillow. Aircon gets pretty cold over time so setting it at dry mode might make it less cold. The bathroom is clean but they do not really provide proper soap and shampoo; there is one pump that has a 2-in-1 soap+shampoo. But they do provide each person a packet of toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, cotton buds and etc. There is only a staircase leading up to the main door and we did not see any ramp (maybe ask them for clarifications). The fridge is not cold enough to really store things. The hotel however is near a lot of eateries so it is usually busy from morning till night. Parking is a problem because of that but we settled it by parking somewhere else then only re-parking the car in front of the hotel. You could get reserved parking which is RM 10 per night. Otherwise it is 60sen per hour for public parking. Weekends are considered free parking for public space. There is also only one rubbish bin. They do provide bottled water every day besides milo and coffee. It is actually a really nice place to stay aside from the few cons. =)

Quite small room, but quiet and clean. Friendly staffs. Will recommend for friends.
