No enough brightness, old interior. No comfortable

Tandas tidak brapa bersih, langsir kotor, balcony x bersih untuk berdiri lihat permadangan. Kad pass untuk lif dan prking x cukup 1, susah untuk pergerakan..

value for money, can consider to repeat and stay here again, maybe the hotel management can upgrade in term of facilities. thank you

Dalam tawarana da sarapan tetapi sebenaranya tiada sarapan pagi disediakan.

Totally worst when bring my two kids below 5 years and 1 year all the beds with blood marks and smelly.. don’t and not recommended for anyone! Bullshit.!

Staf hadapan semua ok, yg tak ok kebersihan dalam apartment seperti cadar kotor dan berbau,sinki tersumbat,balkoni tak bersih, bah kata pepatah aspek kebersihan patut ditingkatkan, hotel lama tapi kalau bersih pasti pelanggan suka.

Service very slow... Bilik pon tidak memuaskan tiada kittle untuk panaskan air, sterika pon tak da maka kita oakai baju dan tudung berkedut ler jawabnya

Dekat dengan pekan berincang, banyak kemudahan terdekat contoh kedai makan, kedai runcit, shell, kfc dan sebagainya, bilik okey saja, berbaloi dengan harga.

It's quite spacious for family but not modern look. The location is superb because near to restaurant, shop and atm. Overall is good

Get affordable price for 2 bedroom apartment,but the staff give me 3 bedroom apartment.The apartment is old building with lack of maintenance. But it's okay because the prices is cheaper than other places. Apartment is okay to stay, but the cleanliness is not okay. The place is quite silent, not many people. The location is very strategic, at the centre of Brinchang.

The stairs from parking to lobby so dirty, looks like nobody maintain it for years. There are 2 lifts, but only 1 lift is working. The room looks very old, and the furniture are mostly damaged and have unpleasant odor smells. My booking is large bed, but instead I get 2 single bed attach together, pillow too hard like stone, mattress too soft like water bed, feels like cheated. 2 bathroom, but only 1 heater is working and the water pressure is too low. Water basin lacks of hot water. My worst experience comes from the mosque prayer sounds as our room is direct facing the mosque speaker. The prayer starts from 5am to 7am, I can't sleep well for 2 nights!!! The sound proof of the bedroom is a failure, no sound proof at all. Will not come back for this hotel ever again!!!

They provide cups and 3in1 but not kettle. How to get hot water? The pillows were too thin.

I had most pleasant stay here. This accommodation went the extra mile to cater my family needs. I would highly recommend to everyone especially for Royal Penthouse ❤️

Good location. Easy nearby facilities, hawker, restaurant, shops, post office Mosque. Lift avaliable, but not from car park to lobby. Wifi at lobby area only. Overall was not so clean. Need some maintenance to facilities.

Untuk family yang bajet ekonomi sangat sesuai dengan kadar harga bilik.

The room was ok. It was an old hotel so it is understandable that the furniture are old. But the sofa are the worst. It's like seating on a bench. No sponge at all. The other thing I feel unsatisfied is in the description said there are free wifi but when I check in there is no wifi at all. But overall it was a great experience.
