My stay at Luxe Suites at Vortex KLCC was nothing short of amazing! The space is incredibly spacious, with two master bedrooms and two bathrooms that offer all the comfort you could ask for. The kitchen and dining room are well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. But what truly sets this place apart is the unexpected wow factor—it’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience. The views outside the windows are simply breathtaking, offering a picture-perfect panorama of the city, especially at night when everything lights up. I’ve attached a few photos of what I see outside my window, and I can’t describe how incredible it feels to wake up to this every day. The Twin Towers are literally just a 5-minute walk away, and exploring the city couldn’t be easier. The customer service here is top-notch. The owner was incredibly helpful, available 24/7 to provide recommendations for tours, restaurants, and travel tips. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring a great experience, and it truly made my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a bit of luxury with jaw-dropping views, Luxe Suites at Vortex KLCC is the place to be!

The building is a skyscraper with incredible views. But, the it is crowded and not well kept (waits for elevator, pool not inluded, lobby inexistent), and apartment was somehow empty (only one towel per pax, little furniture) and not perfectly clean as expected. Also, it took us a while to check in as there is no reception or instructions. The views are amazing and the price was good, so the overall experience was ok.

I wasn’t expecting the Ritz given the price but the cockroaches were a bit much as was the black mould on the bathroom ceiling. When I woke in the morning and went into the bathroom the cockroaches scattered. They were crawling over the toilet paper and my toothbrush. It was disgusting. I asked for a refund but hotels.com said they could do nothing.
