Friendly staff, lots of parking available and close to shopping centre. One of my favourite place to stay in Batu Pahat

Good there's Starbucks beside, place is new and clean and bed is comfy Just every morning will be noisy because cleaner will vacuum outside, soundproof not so good.

Everything are fine just the ceiling of the room have many water leaking stains from upper floor but paint or touch up done...looks quite disgusting. Android tv have only 1 access to iqiyi for free viewing, others must use our accounts....not even a national tv can be watched.

still ok taking into account the low standards of batu pahat hotels. this is still better.

Friendly helpful staff. Starbucks is next to the property (there’s connecting door). Nearby, there are many food eateries. The Room is clean. Very good 👍👍👍

Great location, easy parking, the room is clean and spacious, staff is friendly and Starbucks is just right located beside the lobby.

Stayed over last weekend. Room was facing front roads, wrong choice given. You can hear tons of motorbikes vroom sounds the whole night. As result, sleep quality is massively affected even for non-light sleepers like us, because soundproof was very inferior. Similarly, on the other side of room, you would hear the constantly closing of doors and corridor sounds (screaming kids, loud neighbours etc). Another low is tv, no local channels or I couldn’t find, just android apps. The tv is small on a big wall. On a high side, the room is clean, beds are ok. the hotel is rather new, the water flow is decent and hot shower is rather instant. Starbucks is on ground floor if you like to get your cuppa fix but Batu Pahat has tons of great local food, breakfast, lunch and dinner, you’ll be spoilt for options. Therefore having Starbucks is more for locals instead.

Place was nice and simple but very noisy. Vehicles sounds on the road can be clearly heard very loudly from the room. Not a pleasant sleeping experience.

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Have to park car open space outside hotel.
