The hotel is very comfortable and suitable for families. However, it 's unfortunate that the receptionist 's attitude (the lady) towards customers was less than friendly. Perhaps in the future, the hotel management can consider improving their service in this aspect to ensure a better customer experience.

Good budget hotel. But wifi only at the lobby. Didnt try the breakfast because had to catch early morning flight.

Having pleasant stay here. Friendly receptionist and housekeeper. Worth to stay and definitely will stay for the 2nd time.

The room look exactly like in the pictures. Easily to find eatery places. Parking spaces is the only problem. Need to improve in preparing breakfast, add more delicious and variety of menu for breakfast. The window curtain in the room where I stayed, can't fully close, it looks like some curtain hook roller obstructed it. The staff are friendly. The room are clean. Near to airport, only 5 minute drive. E-hailing services also easily to get.

Staf memberi respon yang baik,cepat dan tangkas, mempunyai lantai, dinding bilik, tandas dan bilik yang bersih, selesa, katil bising sedikit tapi boleh cover cover lagi, lampu bilik yang mencukupi, plug mencukupi, siaran tapi kurang memuaskan tetapi boleh layan. Aircond kurang sejuk mungkin saya letak 28’c . Dekat dengan kedai 24 jam dan restoran. 10 min ke airport 10 min ke bandar kk. 5 min ke pantai tanjung aru. Boleh la. Saya bagi 2 bintang bukan kerana hotel ini kurang memuaskan tetapi untuk beri mereka semangat dan Lebih bekerja keras setanding dengan hotel-hotel sekitar. Bg mencapai wawasan 2030. Boleh saja beri 4 bintang tapi nanti kamu goyang kaki.

Good enough for flight catching early morning with free airport transfer. Should be more flexible for shuttle arrangement as we book hotel last minute because of flight cancellation and they said free airport transfer is applicable only with 1 day advance booking. I hope the hotel can be more accommodating in terms of serving stranded guest.

Staf yang membantu, shuttle percuma yang bagus, breakfast di-pack untuk flight seawal 6pg, bilik ok, sarapan sederhana, bathroom ok. Everything is ok 😊

Convenience as the hotel is surrounded by several eateries, convenient stores, a self-laundry shop and close to the airport.

This hotel has only Lobby WiFi, and the iron board have to on request, after requested, the iron board was broken.

Although the furnitures a bit old but overall very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Friendly staffs and easy process of checking in and out.Thank you very much.

Sangat baik, hanya perlu perlu pengharum ruangan untuk di kamar and restaurant bisa sampai malam. Atau setidaknya ada minuman dingin untuk lobby, sehingga ketika malam hari customer tidak perlu ke luar hotel untuk mencari minuman dingin
