新しいホテルで、キレイで快適でした。 トイレとシャワーが分かれているところも良かったです。 洗面台がなく、シンクのところに鏡がありましたが、女性には少し不便かもしれません。 朝食はビュッフェですが、マレー系の食事で、人によっては口に合わないかもしれませんが、併設しているショッピングモールにファーストフードショップもあるので、そちらで食べるのも良いと思います。 値段もリーズナブルなので、機会があればまた宿泊しようと思います。

Good

New hotel with nice rooms. However, i was allocated a accessible room type instead of a normal room.

Overall experience is good, but a proper work desk is needed for people who came for business trip

The room is clean and comfy with a big sofa and round table. A few restaurants and mamak at the next building. The downside is the water rush out from bathroom during shower and wet the floor outside. Secondly, there is no working desk in the room. I was there for work trip so it was a bit inconvenient with just the sofa and round table for me to check my emails. Other than that all good

Its ok to stay here if you working around the area , only have few eateries at the building in front of the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel. Around industrial park which is good to just walk to office if they are close by

Room condition is good enough and clean

Had trouble to connect to the internet. Called the front desk and said the manager would assist me but the manager didn’t appear till the day I checked out. At last, my husband helped me out. Iron and iron board are by request. Overall, it was a good stay.

had a 5 nights stay and it was nice :) (+) breakfast spread was good, hotels provide affordable lunch buffet and some dinner options. room generally clean with comfy bed & pillow, theres a very cute kampong boy artwork too. staff service are friendly. walking distance to nearby mamak stall and small shops. (ok-ok) sunway pyramid is about 10 mins drive, nearest airport would be subang. (-) location is still developing. therefore, not that good -lack of accessibility coz the only way in and out from the hotel area is either driving or taking a Grab ride. far from city centre and KLIA.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in

Let's see. We started staying in this hotel not due to location but the reputation they had as a Accor brand. We found this 2 years ago while booking for a company trip and we were impressed with their service and the rooms. They staff was polite, and quick thinking. We have stayed a couple more times after that. Today during check in I must say we were totally disappointed with the service. From the front counter to the supervisor to the Director of Sales who did not call me back. Even after promising. I do not know if I will want to stay here again.

Checkin took a long time. Checkin is often like applying for a passport or visa - you’re tired, hungry and you need another 10 mins to get your room key. It’s not this hotel per se, but many take altogether too long. Why not use the information I provided when booking? Nice hotel, very local crowd and near the industrial area. Taxis were easy to get. Hotel had good food, and a pool gym and rooftop bar - a nice place to chill after a long day. They were not consistent with water to the room, and on arrival they knocked and gave me stuff for my room fridge…(which should have been there already maybe?). Overall though, I was happy to be there (the A/C is set to 18° in the common areas so bring a sweater!).
