一般的なチェックイン手順
1. Dear Valued Guest, thank you for choosing us to be your preferred accommodation provider. Please be informed that the property that you has chosen is Midhills Residence
2. Our centralized check in counter is at P3, L7 @ Geo38 Residences, Jalan Genting Permai, Genting Highlands, 69000 Pahang, Malaysia. You would need to come to our check in counter for the key collection and refundable security deposit of RM200 will be collected upon registration.
3. Midhills is located 1.4KM from our check in counter which is located at Geo38 Residence. Just a gentle reinforcement, the road to Midhills is nearby construction areas which caused the roads to have potholes. Nevertheless, Midhills Residence remains as one of the preferred choice amongst our guests as the building is fitted with cozy and comfortable units with magnificent sceneries, especially during evening time
4. Once you had reached Midhills Residence, you would need to enter through the resident lane and show your key card of the unit you’re going to stay.
5. You will need to park at the designated parking which has been stated on the key card. One car for one unit and if there is any additional car can be parked at the visitor parking.
6. The key card needs to be used in the lift as you will need to scan it to the designated floor and meanwhile the metal key is to unlock the main entrance.
7. Swimming pool is located at G floor. From your designated floor you will need to scan the card and go to the G floor to enjoy the wonderful swimming pool at Midhills.
8. You can also dine in at the Scapes Hotel’s restaurant, Lemon3 (all day dining), Urban Remedy (Bar), and at the Pool side Café.
9. Check out is at 11am whereby you will need to come back to our check in counter before 12pm to avoid any late check out charges.
10] Alternatively, to avoid bumpy road driving experience to Midhills, you may consider to upgrade your booking and consider to stay at our Geo38 Residence with a small additional charge (subject to availability)😊
