広々としていて設備も充実しています。スタッフの対応も非常に良いです。ただし、床の張り替えが必要です。床材が濡れて膨張したため、リビングエリアに湿った臭いが漂っています。

There is no parking provided. Booked for a king size bed but when we checked in it's different from what it is described. Stained sofa. Overall only good for the location. Stayed other unit before this is the worst!

Very comfortable and clean. Easy check in. Soundproff. Recommended especially for family. Admin very responsive.

Service yang sangat teruk dan mengecewakan. Tiada parking untuk customer homestay. Guard cakap lain tu admin cakap lain. Guard suruh keluar bilik baru masuk guna pass. Kami pun bayar parking pas tu masuk ikut cakap guard. Sekalinya admin bagi tau parking kena bayar sendiri, terpaksa masuk bilik parking berbayar. Salah saya juga sebab tak inform admin masa masuk sampah di bawah-bawah sofa, aircon tak sejuk singki sumbat, sebab niat saya cuma mau tidor, malas balik rumah. Rumah dekat. Masa check out admin salahkan kami, sofa kotor, meja tempat makan pun kotor, sebenarnya meja ni kotor sebab bekas ice cream yang anak saya makan, atas meja saya lap guna tisu. Singki yang asalnya memang sumbat saya betul-betul tak puas hati sebab admin salahkan kami yang bagi sumbat. Ini betul-betul menyakitkan hati dan bikin panas. Admin tidak pula cakap terima kasih sebab buang sampah dan bersihkan lantai sebelum keluar. Nasib saja tak bole upload video.

Cozy apartment. Close to shopping mall. But carpet or sofa in living room need to be replaced. Bad smell from them make our staycation is not comfortable.

Room is very OK and spacious for 2 person and clean. However, I'm disappointed because the washer/washing machine is broken and the main reason I chose to stay there because I want to crash and settle my laundry after few days travelling here and there. I received updates that the washer has been fixed after we've checked out. Good that. At least the later customers won't be having the same experience. Everything else was good.

I highly recommended this apartment. This cute apartment have 2 rooms and this place very clean. Fully air-conditioned, every rooms has balcony. Fully equipped but need to bring own groceries and toiletries. This place very strategic near to convenience store, restaurant and shopping mall Imago.

OK nice, good place to stay 👍🏼 just hopefully got free parking for guest.

Location is good, however service is not that good and not ready to help. Ms Daya is the only person on field to deal with us for various issues faced. 1. We are surprised that the attached carpark is subject to RM10/day surcharge despite we booked the apartment unit. 2. After we got the pass card for the carpark, we are even surprised that the carpark lot for the designated apartment unit doesn't exist. We did come down to walk through the carpark lots and attempt to find it but all work into veil. 3. Attempted to call Ms Daya, and she insisted that the carpark lot is there, not willing to show us the direction. 4. Ended up park our car in a shopping centre next to the building - which may be troublesome to find your way out from the carpark before and after the shopping mall operating hours. 5. Malfunction washing machine causing the entire kitchen area flooded. Basically, troublesome parking issue, not readily available support from the provider. Otherwise, the apartment itself is just okay to stay.

Worth staying with what you have paid. I booked last minute this soho apartment and managed to get the good rate which is below than rm200 per night and equipped with kitchen utensils,washing machine and dryer and also the huge fridge. Feels like you stay in your own house. The location is strategic, near to imago mall and got a few of convenience store that operated 24/7. However, the parking fee is expensive. They not provide a free parking. You need to pay rm3 for the first hour and slightly disappointed, the swimming pool cannot be used due to under maintenance.but overall I am staisfy with the service and the apartment itself.

Bilik yang selesa. Sesuai untuk persinggahan. Kolam renang pun sesuai. Tetapi cara untuk mendaftar masuk yang agak menyusahkan pelanggan.

We did enjoyed our staying at Soho but host wasn’t friendly. Took them sometime to finally respond queries. Parking lot wasn’t provided and wifi cannot be used.
