Cheap but comes with dirty toilet and towel smell like someone's pub*c hair.

Suasana malam Bising dan ekon tak rasa .. walaupun dah beritahu kepada staf

Bilik agak kurang memuaskan, kondisi yang agak kurang selesa bagi keluarga. Tandas yang kurang enak bau dan tidak bersih.

OK la. Boleh rehat walaupun ruang yang kecil. Aircond TV air filter semua ada. Bagus la untuk berehat

Ada bau rokok masuk dalam bilik.

Hotel yang berdekatan dengan Nilai 3, selamat dan selesa.

Saya tempah bilik 3 katil. Malangnya saya hanya mendapat bilik 2 katil. Pekerja memberi alasan bilik 3 bilik sudah penuh. Sedangkan saya dah buat tempahan awal.

The room and the price, for me, is quite good. But, the management I think should be more organized. I have reserved one family room one month before the date to check-in, but I am quite shocked when I call the receptionist on 26th November (on the date I checked-in), she said that there is no more family room and asked us to find another hotel and refund our payment with agent. She also said that there are many problems with online booking. I am really upset and asked them to take responsibility. Then, they discussed with their management officer, called me back and agreed to give us two single rooms. Even though we got the room for the night, but, personally I did not satisfied with the management. I and my family have to sleep separately. Agent and the Hotel should solve this problem. This is my first experience facing this situation and I will think twice forthe future to make online booking with agent at Hotel New Wave

Services not good. Smelly so bad and I don't like it. Not suitable for family. The price is cheap but at least the room should be comfortable but this hotel was not, it was scary instead so we booked another hotel

Smelly and not friendly. Deposit was rm20 but the room is scary and the environment is not family-friendly

Hotel tak berapa terurus. Bersepah dengan barangan perbersihan.

Resepsionisnya sangat ramah, masuk sebelum jam check-in sudah dilayani. Padahal cuma mau nitip barang dulu tapi disuruh nunggu 10 menit biar barangnya bisa masuk kamar.

Aircond problem and bad smell. Call to ask for service but no replacement bedroom. Horrible.

The price is reasonable and the hotel conditions is suit with the price. The service for the hotel I give 4/5 star.
