Comfortable & good service👍

Friendly staff at check-in and out. Wifi issues were dealt with immediately and very apologetic and polite about it. While the hotel might be on the older side, our room was clean and tidy, with all that we needed. Great location, with cheap eats across the road and a 7 Eleven just around the corner. Plenty of shopping, with 2 big malls close by and cheap Grab cars into the city. The staff are really nice and Newlands. A pleasant stay.

Overall its sooooo teribble! My room is without the tv channel and when i told the front desk, suprisingly their answer is "Don't know how to check the tv & don't know whay to do".OMG!! Worse thing is there's no lift to go up, need to climb the staircase up & down with our luggage. Not recommended at all. Will regret for the whole entire days of yr stay & spoilt your holiday mood guys!!

環境骯髒還在整修中 破舊有異味 下雨時還會漏水 提供早餐非常普通只給一個辣死你媽😌 CP值太低了！

Everything was great. I always book this hotel when I'm going to jb, it has become my favorite hotel to stay in when I'm in jb. Convenient location, staff was friendly and helpful.

It is good for one-night stay. Breakfast was okay. The toilet seat was filthy.

The property was value for money. The value and quality of the room i received, i think it matched the room rate i paid. However, i felt that the staff were more interested in looking and playing with their handphones than serving customers. And, it woulf be better if there was a lift to help customers who have heavy luggages.

There cockroach n No coffee during bf nor proper breakfast provide. When asked for coffee, the person at reception counter didn't event bother to listen n cont to just ignore us . We had to go outside for breakfast. Very disappointing..
