Great service but I have to check out early cause afraid of missing my flight haha

Iklan kamar atau bilik. Situs terlatapan sangat kotor, tidak ada tempat sampah, tidak di kasih body shop, Handuk di kasih 1 buat 2 orang di dalam bilik, itu pun handuk di kasih pukul 8 am, kecewa.

The services is good but some problem like printer to print the receipt not working, no wifi. It is not like I am expect from the website when I stay there.

Worst hotel I ever go. Dirty room. No towel. Smelly. Totally different with the picture. Everything is bad

Kali ini, ada ruang untuk penambah baikan, tapi untuk tidur sehari dua ok dan selesa. aircond fungsi dengan baik dan wifi sederhana laju, dekat dengan sunway velocity.

Dapat dengan harga yang sangat murah, dekat dengan MRT, LRT dan juga sunway velocity. Boleh jalan kaki sahaja. Keadaan hotel pula memuaskan dan bilik pun boleh tahan, perlu bersihkan lagi tandas.

Duduk sekejap je tapi x seperti yang disangka. kebersihan masih perlu dipertingkatkan lg. saya seronok sebab dekat dengan velocity mall sahaja sebab memang ada hal kat sana, tolong perbaiki servis anda, banyak potensi kalau di-maintain.

Problems? too much! Aircond TV Wifi not well. Smelly garbage bin at elevator. Free breakfast? didn't exist at all! Good? Friendly Staff & easy parking Recommendation? Worst ever

First when come early in morning 10.00am asking for early check in. They said can, but at 12.00pm.when I come at 12.00pm other staff incharge said cannot. It really pisses me off. It wastes my time. She said check in must be 2pm. 2nd, while check in she mistake my name with other name that I need to pay outstanding one. What point you get my ic and hp number did not check it and blame me for that wrong. Even though she is the one wrong. 3rd, the apps said the hotel give free breakfast. But she said again. They did not provided. And she ask me to call the the website to justify it. Who one to make business around here. 4th, the room is dirty,smelly and not in good condition. Their service not good as 3 stars hotel. I frequently check in 2 stars hotel, they much better than this.

My package are included breakfast but the reception said. They can't give the breakfast because not included. Why i'm book at traveloka said include breakfast. Arrived there. The reception said not include. The reason so ridiculous. The water heater also not function & the sink at toilet can't closed it because not function. This is first time i'm stayed hotel like this. After this. Will never stay here again. Late night can hear baby cry. Can't sleep.

Staffs with bad attitude. I got multiple scolding because of changing towels the next day. Room was not cleaned by staffs and staffs scolded me as well for not informing them early morning. Free breakfast was denied and I need to show booking many times to the staffs. bad experience.

Room so small, bed sheet torn, when first time came aircon not working. in the morning have to argue with the guy at restaurant because they said me and my wife already ate breakfast even though we haven't had any. breakfast taste terrible.

Wifi not function, request for iron waiting for 2 hours till I need to call many time, bad odor from toilet foot mat, room card not function, everytime when I go out and come back to room, the card cannot use already, then I have to go down to reception and ask them to replace the card, my room desk phone also no function. they should provide desk phone at every floor so customer can direct call to reception when our room card not function. Room price was affordable but the service was so bad. their boss very friendly.

Please used GPS or you will lost.

The room is small. I had to go back to counter 4 times to finally get my room working because the first one suddenly blackout so they change the card but it's not the card problem actually. The third one because the air-con not working. And it's turns out to be they didn't give the freaking remote control! And the forth one the card not working again.
