Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. Hotel will charge you fee for any guest key card fail to return upon check out. ========================================================== Hotel required additional refundable deposit MYR 100.00 per room upon check-in.
From 01 January 2023, In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, the TTx of RM10.00 nett per room, per night, on all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders applies. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please be advised that Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost.
