The hotel already ceased operations, we arrived at the hotel and it is abandoned and the gate entrance is locked. Please don't book this hotel.

Air conditioning not running very well.. Water pressure low.. WiFi to slow

Payment was made the day before and when we were checking in around 4 PM we were asked to wait for 30 minutes because the room was not ready yet. The room has poor sound insulation. Tap water is brownish.

Sangat buruk sekali. Pelayanannya buruk, makanannya pun buruk. Very very bad 👎

Clean and cheap place to stay

Can do better, it needs refurbishment.

Worst Aircon service, open at lowest temperature whole night but sweat all night. No second chance to be back.

Great location if you are hang around Tebrau/Mount Austin location. Affordable hotel room. Clean and they give you so many pillow, which is really nice. Full amenities. Service wise, I got served by two different person which is totally different characteristic. The first one that reach me on phone call after I book is really nice person, even when I book the room at wrong date, he still helping me out in the middle of the night, and ensure I got my room. So this 5star service is for him. As for the receptionist that welcome me at that time, I'm sorry to say this, but this man is not polite and considered rude. He keep rejecting us and not even give us any solution. Overall, I will go back there again.

Good to sleep and affordable..

Great location because surrounding by restos and malls (1 Utama, The Curve, Ataria). If you are backpacker or light travel with friends, its good to take skybus from KLIA 2 (from KLIA to KLIA 2 u can take train with KLIA Transit (2RM per oneway) or take shelter bus 2.50RM) and with skybus to 1 Utama is only 15 RM and u can go to this hotel with Uber (might cost you 4-5RM) Anyways, The bed is firm but for me it was ok. The bathroom is clean. No cockroaches. They have small mini bar fridge so you can put food or drinks if you are too lazy to go out to eat. TV channels are ok, they got Fox Premium channel. I havent try their breakfast. Oh and they don't have lift so not suitable for elderly people and they have two keys, one to access to 2nd floor or 3rd floor and 1 for your room. Overall this hotel is a very good cheap for backpackers. If I go back to Malaysia, I will definitely come back to this hotel. I hope my review will help you. Happy vacation!
