Really nice lady boss let us change the date of our booking and honoured the original price although weekend is higher price. I booked this place as I was meeting a friend in melaka, and we were both taking night buses. We both missed our night bus to Melaka and so arrived at 9am the next day, bleary eyed and unwashed. Wanted to check-in just to freshen up before heading to Melaka town. Amazingly, lady boss let us check in immediately and changed our date of booking at the same price. Unfortunately we had another booking for that night in melaka town, but it was so great to get a couple hours snooze before heading over. Thank you!

Bad cleanliness causes me to feel itchy, the fragrance are unpleasant. Expensive Price and bad stay. I could get a better stay and more near towards the city with slightly expensive price.

Arrived at 4am. Checked in took a long while. They gave me the room on the ground floor. Looks like no one stayed in there for a long time because the bedsheets were dusty and when I took the blanket out, there were flies. Bed was alright though. Only managed to sleep for 2hours in total because it got very noisy at 6am. I could hear every single sound like opening of doors, drawers etc. Maybe try to avoid the ground floor next time.

房間很骯髒，床冚枕袋都有明顯污漬，更有原子筆造成的簽名 沒有窗，即使在hotels.com上注明是有城市景的帶窗房 房內有曱甴，壁虎，以及大量不知名昆蟲，情況恐怖 廁所盤及廁板滿佈污漬，未見清洗 熱水水力不足 wifi網絡十分差，不能上fb及看任何影片 房間空氣不流通，有異味 房間燈損壞沒有修理 (見附圖) 唯一好處是距離巴士站近，可以遲點起床搭車回吉隆坡

If you are coming by bus from K.L. - no need to take a taxi. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Yet, it is nicely situated near the river and has a pleasant hotel on the rooftop.

The hotel is out of malacca city..no were near the main atraction.This hotel is not infront of the Malacca river which going through near Jonker street area..its far away...not many restaurent near by... breakfast not availabe..im still wondering why i paid RM150 per nite..the aircond was not cold enough...there are many more better option even with cheaper price in the main city area...no way im going back to this hotel again..

The cleanliness is awful.....”I can't stand is the cleanliness of the room when my first step in to the room "unpleasant smell". Toilet basin is dirty. I was surprised to see a lot of ants at there. I ask hotel staff to clean and tidy up my room.

Saw several live insects in kettle. Horrible! Had a party at rooftop. Music was loud. The party ended after 12am and afterwards the staff moved stuff and made noise too. Could not sleep.

Great hotel..but too far from city..need to use bus transport. Overall is ok...but we request for the riverview room...and they din't give us. Not only the riverview...city view also dont have. With reason no more room..all occupy. The reception staft was verry helpful..tq

The location wasn't that bad since it is near Melaka Sentral and near the Town area so it is good to avoid the weekend and PH jams all the way to the city. Unfortunately, one thing really annoying about the place was the elevator made so much noise that I thought someone kept knocking on my door in the middle of the night and because of that I didn't sleep well since my room was near the elevator. Perhaps this problem has to be rectified as soon as possible.
