The staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is large and clean. However the location is far from the center and jetty which need to pay 50rm/way/2pax by car to driver and took about half an hour to reach the center.

I was expecting a wooden house/room as displayed in the picture. It seems the advertisement did not separate the picture to the room types. So I got a room without a TV, which is not as advertised. ☹️

The floor was covered with sands and there was some 'salt' on the bed sheet when we checked in. The staffs were all very chilled hence we were not proactively 'welcomed'. If you prefer to enjoy somewhat chilled, unplanned and I-just-wanna-check-out-the-beach, this chalet is the perfect choice for you like us haha! However, the food was surprisingly nice!! The price is reasonable with the quality of food provided. We were also allowed to have alcohol without extra charge. Besides, the standard double room was also fairly large, which could actually fit one single bed and one double room. We were very satisfied by the room value (rm120 per night, includes breakfast) as we were not picky actually. The chalet also provided snorkeling package with reasonable price, rm120 for 6 stops (1 stop for resting). Overall, we were happy about our stay!

Awesome stay! Queen sea view. Food tasty. reasonable price and staff very friendly. Provided astro enjoi decoder and hot shower. Very near to the beach!

The place is spacious and generally clean. It is right on top of the beach. Pick up service is cheap and friendly. The chalet can arrange snorkeling tours as well. but the toilet is decaying away. The door is falling apart. The food is not as satisfying and there are always tons of flies.

We really had our pleasant stay there.Thanks to the host for giving us the room with sea view. Great place and fully recommended especially for those who intend to escape from busy life. Peacefully.. The only matter is just, local people not really friendly.Room comes with free breakfast which you can order from their menu and it is limited (RM15/pax). The food is good.. Tasty.. No complaining. TV in the room has astro enjoi decoder.They also provide shower foam and towel. But the towel got rusty stain. So we use our own. Better call/text the owner/host to let them know your exact time of arrival so that they can pick you up at the jetty which is 20 mins away from the chalet And you have to pay for the transport (RM25/pax-1 way). Wifi - cannot connect from the room. But can use it while you are at their restaurant even it's damn slow. Overall is good. You get what you paid.Just do not expect much, and you will like it. And if there is anything, do not hesitate to ask them.. To the host, we don't feel welcome at all. Nobody cares. Check in, give the key and that's it.

Good and comfort place to stay. Service is good, owner is friendly, food is delicious but all food mainly is western. We come here without using package agent and people here is so kind by helping us to get everything that we want. Sea view also nice. Recommend place to stay when come to tioman island.

Terbaik, servise sangat memuas kan, transport dari jetty ke santai bistro dari pemilik santai bistro, sangat berpuas hati, pemandangan laut yang sangat indah dari sudut kg juara, pemilik santai bistro yang sangat ramah, dll☺️
